Don't Be Scurred!

“Infrasound” is low-frequency sound, lower in frequency than 20 Hz aka the normal limit of human hearing. Infrasound is characterized by an ability to cover long distances and get around obstacles with little dissipation. Obstacles like walls, haters, self-doubt, and the broken system.

This entry in the Infrasound mix series is cut by our very own UNJUST @djunjust and features tracks from throughout the globe, primarily the global equator for summertime party vibes. The name "astral projection" is the result of the fact that in america in 2020 the only way we can visit out of the country is through attempting an intentional out-of-body experience, because our passports ain't worth shit.

Welcome to Volume IV! This is a tribute to Robert Earl Davis, Jr. aka DJ Screw who was born on July 20, 1971. The homie blazed trails by slowing down tracks and chopping them up to fit the the vibe of Houston TX: humid hot days rollin in a slab, blunt lit. These tracks feature DJ Screw himself and a collage of artists from around the world who carry on the 3rd Coast tradition. Curated by @djdelsur

This message has never been more urgent in June 2020: filled with global protests against police brutality. Justice for George Floyd. Justice for Breonna Taylor. Justice for Ahmaud Arbery. Black lives matter.

This entry in the Infrasound mix series is brought to you by @benzyme hailing from ATX: "I named this set New Deal, because that's what we're due. After a depression comes a new deal, and better civil rights. The people will take the power back, history is on our side."
