“I don’t know about that. I’ve been in the presence of some tremendous external stimuli in the form of a person or a piece of music.” Well, lots of people could have been in those places and they might not have noticed anything. Why was that? It was because our negative triune capacities, the substance therein, had been conditioned so that when the true radiation appeared, they had been trained to respond to it. There was adequate substance present and of the right quality to discern the true radiation. Many  people  can  be  in  the  presence  of  greatness  and  don’t notice a thing.
