Born in Germany but raised in Australia since the age of 4, Tamara's multicultural upbringing saw her master multiple languages, with English becoming her third. At 8, she delved into acting to enhance her language skills and boost her confidence in public speaking. Her career path led her to become a professional dancer and actor, studying at Ed5 performing arts school and traveling the globe from the age of 16. Transitioning to the fitness industry in 2014, she attained her PRO card for WBFF in 2018 and launched her fitness app, Tamara Meyer Fitness, in 2019. Tamara's mission extends beyond physical fitness, aiming to empower women both physically and mentally, believing that anyone can achieve their dreams despite hardships. Amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Tamara discovered her calling as a Life and Business Coach, dedicated to helping women break free from the 9-5 grind and build their online empires. Her vision is to empower women to reign over their own Queendoms, donning crowns and living lives of abundance. Tamara is not only a successful keynote presenter but also aspires to become a TED Talk and international speaker in 2023, driven by her unwavering belief in her soul mate clients' potential for greatness.
