This will explain what gratitude is and how it it works. What are the benefits and how can we access blessings from the universe (God). This episode gives a detailed deep look at gratitude and its many aspects. Gratitude has health benefits mental, physical and spiritual. I give instruction of how to create and benefit from a Gratitude Journal that will assist you at times of anxiety or depression.

Here are some tips for preparing your business for the New Year. I will discuss what business cycles are and how to use them to our best advantage. I have suggestions on who should be on your team for success. I will mention several aspects that we must not overlook in order be more effective in our business. I will caution you to not allow yourself to get to the point of burnout. I will speak about the need for a business coach and intuitive assistance.

I explain what is meant with extraterrestrials being good or bad. I explain where these beings come from according to the information we have so far. The information comes from my many interviews with contacts, abductees, other researchers and many books over the years. I speak about energy orbs, portals and dimensions. I mention how so many people are now wanting to be more intuitive to see and communicate with these beings. I speak about the many spiritual and extraterrestrial beings and how only frequency and perception can indicate the difference. 

I share with you my personal first experience with UFOs at the age of 11 years and my brother was only 5 years old. My mother a very spiritual Catholic woman  had us sit down to listen to live radio. The disk jockey was on a small fishing boat out in Lake Michigan. We lived at that time in East Chicago Indiana. If you traveled 15 minutes you were in Chicago. The disk jockey gave a play by play of the event. He did see a UFO and it was amazing all of the information he gave in his experience. By listening we shared in his live experience. 

This is only an small example of my many sessions over the last 55 years. This podcast has many common themes that come up in many sessions. We can all learn from many of these sessions or find things that we have done in the past. I would have to do volumes for all of the sessions that I have done in the past. 

 The diversity is so wide and can they can be very educational for many. I am truly blessed that my client's trust in me and are willing to share their most intimate secrets with me.

I discuss the various ways of thinking that we can help with in these times of changes. I speak about prophecy and it's impact on us. I share some tools that we can use at this time.
