In this episode, I share a Transition Framework I’ve developed by synthesising mystery school teachings, including the Sirian Formula, alongside an embodiment framework that has been validated through my own lived experience and through working with clients. This framework helps identify common points of friction on the awakening path and offers a way to move through paradox, release density and stay oriented during change.
