Olivia Renella is a colleague and treasure of a human being who I am so proud to call a friend.
I know Olivia because she is a business partner who does business development for a lender I work with (shout out to Mark McDonell at CMG Home Loans!). Olivia has lived many places but she attended Costa Mesa High School and has deep roots in the Costa Mesa community. She also helps me tremendously with any community events I am part of here because she loves the city so much!

Kareem's is a new Mediterranean eatery designed for pick & up delivery that is located right over by South Coast Plaza. The original location is in Anaheim and they had the opportunity to bring their popular items to the South Coast Metro border of Costa Mesa. Their healthy Mediterranean dishes are delicious and put a twist on the cuisine. Their lunches & dinners can be ordered on the apps like Doordash & Uber. It's a great place for an office lunch too! On today’s Costa Mesa Pod we have Lindsey from The Mom Walk Co Costa Mesa, a new meetup for moms in the Costa Mesa area! The Mom Walk Co has spread like wildfire across the nation and has gained a lot of momentum in our area. The purpose is simple - it's a way to create community for new moms so they can bond and do an activity with their little ones. Walking is GREAT for your mind, body & soul! They generally have 3-40 moms who come out with their kids and meetup 2 times per month at some of the great walking trails we have locally, like Back Bay and Fairview Park.
