To close out the month, we are covering a classic musical.  Some might even say the most quintessential musical, 1952's "Singin' in the Rain" starring Gene Kelly, Debbie Reynolds, and Donald O'Conner.  This is a great musical full of amazing numbers.   But perhaps one number that doesn't quite fit...according to our hosts at least.

To continue our musicals month, this week we watch another adaptation of a Broadway show that started life as a movie, 2007's "Hairspray" starring Nikki Blonsky, Zac Efron, and Queen Latifah. There is so much right with this movie...as well as a bit of weirdness.
