Another fun show. The Grouches talk life and such, and then start drafting a starter D&D dungeon. What will it contain? Listen to find out...
News and a really good listener mail section included.
We went in to this episode with a specific topic in mind, and ended up going off on a few very interesting tangents. Before long, we had ourselves 2 good hours of compelling content (if we do say so ourselves) consisting of several topics, such as politics, children, Mandalorians, model trains, etc. Plus we get a Tomb of Horrors update, and finally someone asks Jim how HIS day was for once (spoilers: it was Gonzo who asked and the week wasn't that great).
Maybe we'll cover an actual topic next week.
We planned on watching the Mandalorian. While that happened, the show begins with a really good retelling of the Tomb of Horrors D&D adventure, all from Gonzo's memory (it's kinda scary...)
The Grouches finish up the Halloween Movie series with 1988's Pumpkinhead.
Jim and Gonzo watch C.H.U.D. for Halloween. It's not good. Not even a little...
The Boys Watch The Howling 2. We blame Sarah.
Have Fun!!!
It's that time of year again! For the next few weeks, The Grouches will be watching movies. What kind of movies, you ask? Really anything Halloween, Horror, Monster Movies, stuff like that!
For this week's episode, Joe and Gonzo indulge Jim as he shares with them a movie that he knew was horrible when he was nine years old and STILL wants to subject them to; 1980's The Children. It's bad, like baaaad.
Have fun and don't forget to subscribe to our YouTube page!!!
Jim is a solo Grouch tonight but is fortunate enough to be able to talk to Friend of the Show Jordan about running community theaters; why we do it, why we love it, why we hate it, and why we have to do it. Have fun!!!
Jim and Gonzo announce the youtube channel and attempt to record a show after two hours of playing Nintendo. Have fun!
The Grouches are trying to record a leaner, meaner podcast. Let us know how we did!
In this episode, the Grouches decide to pitch their ridiculous ideas to each other, Shark Tank style, and see if the others are willing to invest in them. Trust me, it's funnier than it sounds...
