Sending good fortune to you all and wishing that all of your true dreams and desires come true. Giving you all courage and support along the way.

1000 thanks to S.Yamagishi for all of his patience and dedication and inspiring music and friendship!

Always giving props out to the wizard of shoes, the production of ill dub for his mastering trickery.

Moving to Santa Cruz was a commitment to a new path. It was also a separating from the bonds of the past. Many things broke. A rocket was needed to break through the atmosphere i currently lived in. When stepping into the rocket, faith is needed and sometimes a little help from the gods. I owed Yemoja, the mother of all Orishas, the ocean, a song of thanks for guidance and synchronistic gifts that are sometimes only recognizable in hindsight. My wife and I gave her a gift of a coconut just as the portals were closing.

Lyrics:

Gotta live it from your soul

Listen to your inner voice in the quiet of your mind

You will find your peace in release we can all get a piece of the

Bottomless pie why deny, let abundance be your guide

And proceed just believe, have faith and conceive, cocreate what's in your

Inner state, relax, it will all be great

I'm making my way

Over that hill

To Santa Cruz

Where the vibes are chill

I'm making my way

Over that hill

To Santa Cruz

To let my mind be still

Gonna soak under the sun

For a deep soul heal

Times have been good

Yet life has been real

Spoke to the ocean, she said you coconut must spill, so i cast caution to the ocean and i gave in

Take your time and visualize your dreams

Realize that you can actualize the potential you have inside let your kundalini rise it will be no surprise when

Things materialize in front of your eyes

Just have faith and use your faith when obstacles arise, keep moving, pushing forward, looking for the positive, and be creative on your journey

With gratitude!

Inspired by Aldo Leopold and Henry David Thoreau, may you connect with the wonders and beauty in nature wild when you wish to receive it

Graphics on Televisions writes: "It is so cool to hear a collaboration done by people whose music i know so well. It kidna feels like different parts of my brain are getting to meet for the first time. :D :D "

Lyrics:

verse:

In quiet places, the hush of dawn waiting, there we will hear you sing

In the clouds, in the mists, in the dark, shadow lined, we will hear, hidden songs

chorus:

Sing

to the blushing wind

by the river's edge

'cross the rolling hills

through the valley, dim

to the hollowed oaks

by the meadow's edge

in the waking morn

raps:

praise be to the falling of the leaves

praise be to he who has faith and believe

in the planting of the seeds and the harvesting of the yield by nature ye receives

from the all hallow's eve through the months that we grieve to the vernal equinox

i sing praise to the bees

i sing praise to the infinite in me

praise be to who wants naught yet seize

the glory of each day from the seas all the way to the mountain breeze

sing praise to the ripening of the fruit

sing praise to the infinite and the absolute

the ever changing and the resolute

the dreams we're in pursuit

the visionaries and astute

the peace makers and those of good repute

live life, find your path, and follow suit

Lyrics:

This be the jam for your artisanal toast

This be the butter from your host with the most

This here the first that makes your rump roast

From Columbus Ohio down to the west coast

This be the wings that make that shit fly

This here the joint that gets you all high

This be the fish sauce to make my eats Thai

Gonna get you all moving make them old bones spry

I went down town and met a girl from uptown

Shaking her booty like treasure to be found

Doing the whop and that old Charlie brown

Gonna make that rain fall and raise the crops from the ground

We gonna call that thunder

We gonna shake the night

We gonna ride that lightning

To the ground and make it strike

We gonna call that thunder

We gonna make it rain tonight

This be the one that goes straight to the top

This be that bubbly that makes a song pop

This be what's hip to add spring to your hop

These here the moves that make them drawls drop

I went down town again the very next week

Looking for a honey so I guess I better seek

Cast my stones to the ground you could here the floor creek

She did the cabbage patch and then she did the freak

We gonna call that thunder

We gonna shake the night

We gonna ride that lightning

To the ground and make it strike

We gonna call that thunder

We gonna make ya'll clap

We gonna strike that lightning

We gonna bring that 88 back

We gonna call that thunder

We gonna make it rain tonight

So you came downtown just to watch me dance

Hoping to meet me you may have a chance

My magic I'm working' and you can be sure

I'm more than a dancer…so much more

And if you be lucky and if you be true

Maybe I'll spend some minutes with you

Cause you found your way here

And here you shall be

Watching a dancer looking at me

This be that funk that shake the junk in your trunk

This here so phat it go gadunkadunkdunk

This track be so dope you'll be calling it skunk

Gonna get you to the party make a drunk monk crunk

I went downtown to the festival to play

Met a girl form uptown with a cowrie shell bouquet

Dancing to the ana drums to make her sorrows go away

She put me in a trance and danced 'till the break-a-day

We gonna call that thunder

We gonna shake the night

We gonna ride that lightning

To the ground and make it strike

We gonna call that thunder

We gonna make it rain tonight

May you all find love, over and over again

Sending love to Evelyn, Calebass, E-Ruizzo, and Ill Dub for all coming together in the act of co-creation.

This song was initially recorded in typical Reiki Run Rampant fashion with synchronicity of connection while Evelyn was passing through San Jose from northern Washington and recorded in my car in a 15 minute improvised session!

Fortunately Calebass and I had started a rhythm track already for just this sort of chance meeting.

We are extra blessed that E-Ruizzo was willing to blow some mighty fine xaphoon and give the song that jazzy feel it oh so wanted.

And extra special thanks, as always, to my main man ill dub for his ill mastering!!! Ill Dub, mastering for hire!

Thanks you SoundCloud community for all of your listening, comments, friendship, and support!

Lyrics:

(based off the old poem)

Cross my heart and hope to die

Stick a needle in my eye

Wait a moment, I spoke a lie

I never really wanted to die

But if I may and if I might

My heart is open for tonight

Though my lips are sealed

And my promise is true

I won't break my word

My word to you

A needle in a haystack

A fennel in my pocket

A lock on my heart

A cardiac arrest

Calebass and The Couch King send you all peace and wish you well in finding what you are looking for in this life's journey

Lyrics:

one sunday morning I skipped into the sea

but then i cut me on a clam

i cut me on a clam

infused by a salty injection, i went back up again

and i opened up the clam, but it was empty

and i opened up the clam, but it was empty

this, this one, it wasn't empty

no, it was filled up to the brim with a salty goo

one sunday morning i cut me on a clam

i made another try, but i cut me again

one clam, two clams, three clams, four

Calebass and Sneekie San Salvador

A hard shell, soft shell, razor clam score

Mix 'em all together for a funky chowder

and so i threw it into the sea

and i throw myself into it too

and then the albatross, he sat upon my shoulder

and then it lead me to a cave that was filled up to the brim with empty shells

and i said, hey, what's with all the shells,

it replied...

a peace of mind, yea

Lyrics

She said if we kiss, then you better marry this, and there is no time to loose

So I packed up my things, and I looked for diamond rings, cause there's no other choice to choose

Once met an old man on wife number three, she left for chili with all his money

Now she's living happily selling hot tamales, drinking fresh squeezed orange juice

So we laugh and we kiss and when it goes all a miss, we do it all over again

Let's just do it all over again

Come on and do it all over again

Let's turn this whole world upside down and do it all over again

Got sold a fake egg for 6 cents less, it's amazing we're still alive

If you leave it to me, i'll use astrology to tell us how we'll survive

And then she said if we kiss then you better marry this and there's not a single second to loose

So I packed up my things to go and see what love brings cause there's no other choice to choose

We build it up, to bring it down

Sand mandalas blown to the ground

Pulled a card and it said to persevere

So let's blow this joint and all get out of here!
