This week the boys run through some of the injuries they have dealt with in the past and even mention some nagging injuries they still deal with today. Rehabbing an injury is tough but not being able to do something you love takes a toll on one's mental health forsure. This week the boys talk about how music helps them get through those rough days. Music has been greatly affected by technology in the last few years and the boys dive into how it has helped or hurt the industry.
