You’ve heard of Couch To 5k right? Well this is the super beginner plan…even if you feel like you are starting from under the couch! 😂

FREE: I want everyone to benefit!!

Everything from shoe wear, the right bra, strength, injury prevention and motivation! You will have a step by step weekly plans that cater to the real beginner! Most Couch to 5k programs online are too hard to keep up and then you get discouraged and quit! We won’t let you fail! #strongertogether

Program includes:

-strength and mobility

-injury prevention

-12 weeks of running/walking workouts

-how to eat for runs and workouts

-weekly live chats that answer questions and cover running topics in private group (maybe even some mini runner’s yoga sessions too)

Find a local “graduation race” in your city or if you are local to Indiana/Indianapolis area we will try to run together (maintaining COVID guidelines)
