As soon as a baby is conceived it is a person and has the right to life, especially based on the US Constitution. Even if it was conceived out of rape, incest, or will be heavily disabled, the child has a right to live. In rape cases (which is the biggest argument I hear being made), the woman’s rights were violated when the rape happened, and yes she will clearly be impacted for the rest of her lift, but that does not give her the authority to kill someone.
