These short podcasts address accreditation and the accreditation process from the accreditor’s perspective. This CHEA member's only webinar on CHEA recognition and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) took place on May 10, 2022. The 2021 CHEA Standards and Procedures for Recognition includes a requirement that recognized accrediting organizations manifest a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. This webinar is a presentation and discussion regarding how CHEA-recognized accrediting organizations might address DEI in their recognition process and support institutional commitment of DEI. Leading the conversation is CHEA President Cynthia Jackson-Hammond, Ed.D. The webinar presents valuable information for accreditation and quality assurance leaders, institutional leaders and administrators and other accreditation stakeholders.
