It grants a very private and intimate look into what is living within. It invites us to challenge the facts we hold as truth & encourages us to look again. To explore this topic for ourselves & eventually open a larger, more inclusive dialogue with all we touch with our work & life.

In this seasonal finale, Alex & I sat together and he held space while I poured my heart out. These are some of my most intimate thoughts, ideals & beliefs about business & entrepreneurship as a spiritual path. 

I had never heard this concept before but as I reflected over 5 seasons of this podcast, 12 years as an entrepreneur & 5 in this current business, so much has come into clarity. In this episode, I invited my friend & founder Salwa Kyobe to speak about what she has coined 'Infrequent Vulnerability'. What happens when the World tells us we're 'too much' & how we find power in our most emotional expression.

Salwa is a Splenic Projector & the creator of Fundamental Hunger, a collective playground to grow intimacy around what it means to belong to ourselves while doing so with others. She loves reminding people of their inherent value and what it means for each of us to have our own back. She loves supporting others through creating a safe haven with their emotions to shatter the belief that we are too much. These days her favorite form of play and pleasure is hand modeling.
