Some estimates put the global trade of counterfeits in the trillions, and despite the perception that it’s a victimless crime, there are indeed extraordinary implications that are connected to money laundering, human trafficking, and even funding terrorism. 

As the Director of Anti-Counterfeiting at INTA - The International Trademark Association - Alastair is working to unite law enforcement and stakeholders across industries and jurisdictions to stifle the vast global networks that counterfeits run through.
