Carlos went to college and tried to take the traditional route and it didn't work out for him. He now has his own company and is enjoying life to the fullest. Carlos goes in depth with why he thinks that college is failing at helping achieve the "American Dream.". Also, he talks about how the newer generations will have to adjust since college isn't a viable option anymore.
