Cody is an entrepreneur who has built an extremely successful Nutrition Coaching business, he is a nutrition specialist, a coach, a husband, a father and in his own words, he is PASSIONATE about personal development.

Action Plan - The single most profound moment in today’s episode, at least in my opinion, was when Cody made the statement - CONTROL IS FREEDOM. That is the focus of this week’s action plan. I want each one of you to identify an area of your life where you need to institute more control. For me, that means being more consistent with my schedule and time management, not thinking “I don’t have time to write down my plan for the day” when really, those 2-3 minutes will actually create far more time on the back end simply by keeping me organized and on task. Find that thing in your own life. It could be your calendar, it could be your nutrition, it could be your finances. Whatever it is, identify it and start take immediate action to exert more control and thereby create more freedom in your life.
