In the first half of this episode, CFMD takes on point of care ultrasound and if/how it fits into the rural setting. Also discussed are concepts about considering, initiating and maintaining an ultrasound program in the critical access setting.

The second half of the episode takes you through a case involving a vascular injury to an extremity in a remote setting....ENJOY!!!

CFMD gets back to his family practice roots with a dive into the treatment of migraines.
