CFMD is back after summer with a primer on NIV.  Getting rid of the terms BiPAP and CPAP, understanding the terms IPAP and EPAP/PEEP, and which you need in failure of oxygenation vs failure of ventilation patients, hopefully will help you start utilizing this technology to its most effective.  Just the basics in this one!!!
