In this episode, I talk about the different ways to cheat. First, let's check in with a quick life update. Have you ever been cheated on? Have you done the cheating? I got caught up in a love triangle once, but I have overcome it. Karma is a bitch. We always think we can get away with things, but it always comes back to us when we least expected. Treat people the way you want to be treated and maybe you won't have negative things come your way.

In this week's episode, I talk about dating versus making it an official relationship. Traditional monogamous relationships are not normal anymore. The new dating world makes people want to not commit. People only want open or polyamorous relationships because they don't believe in a traditional marriage. I talk about reasons why people shouldn't jump into a marriage and why people should choose wisely. Dating around is good until you know for sure that you want to commit to a marriage.
Enjoy!

In this episode, I decided to elaborate more on breakups and how to heal. The most important thing to do is to spend more time alone and away from others. You have to learn to depend on yourself and control your emotions without the help of other people. Learning to love yourself is important because you will understand your value. You have to build a relationship with yourself before you can have one with other people.

Welcome back to another episode! In this episode, I talk about the differences between needs and wants. In a relationship, we want a certain type of person in our lives. In reality, we need someone that doesn't fit what we want. Even if you have a type of person that you usually date, that doesn't mean they are good for you. Let's also check our mental health! Life gets tough and too many things are happening all at once. We have to learn how to balance love, life, family, work, and our individual happiness before we can take care of everyone around us. I hope that some of you can resonate with this episode. Check back for a new episode every week.

In this episode,
I decided to do a panel. I invited Dominic and Emil to talk about putting yourself back out into the dating world. We discuss how to meet people during covid times. Dominic is an EMT so he talks about his job and how hard it is to meet women. He is a busy person that commits his time to work and going to the gym. A lot of people go through similar experiences because if you don't go out and try to meet people then you don't know what to do differently. We also touch base on some of the red flags in the beginning of a relationship. A relationship should add value and happiness to your life so choose wisely.
Come listen to our stories about our relationship experiences.

#podcast #relationships #love #breakup In this episode, I talk about how to deal with a break up. Breakups are hard to cope with. Every breakup will be different. The more relationships that you have will teach you how to cope better. It will always hurt, but you have to learn how to move on. Be honest with yourself and don't be in denial. The relationship ended for a reason so take that lesson and learn from it. The worst thing you can do is try to rekindle things immediately. Tune in to this episode! Hope you all enjoyed it!

In this episode, I talk about forgiveness. I explain why it is important to forgive someone so that you can let go of your grudge and move on with your life. If you truly forgive someone you will no longer be angry when they are brought up. This is a hard thing to do for most people because we feel like they should tell us that they are sorry. In the end, it doesn't change how you were wronged. We have to move on and forgive people so that we can let in positive energy into our lives. Of course, I tell a story about forgiveness so check out this episode! I hope that you will enjoy this episode!

In this episode, Let's welcome back Emil Joseph! Let's talk about why couples argue? It's a normal thing. If a couple doesn't ever argue, then something is wrong. No matter how good your relationship will be, there will always be disagreements. Let's talk about how to calm down from a disagreement. If we do not calm down, then two people will escalate the situation into a "Couple's fight". What is the point in this? Listen to your partner and take turns speaking. You may not always agree on the subject, but sometimes we have to pick and choose our battles. Don't make this into a toxic relationship where there is never a resolution. We will give you tips and ideas on how to resolve arguments.
I hope you enjoyed this episode!

In this episode, I talk about taking a break in a relationship. Sometimes relationships get rough and rocky. Then we feel like we should either give up or take a breather. We start to separate ourselves from this person because we are upset, annoyed, or just want to give up. You have to think about why you want this relationship to work. If you are acting out in the heat of the moment, then you truly don't care or want to be with your person. Taking break means that you are breaking up. During this break if you start dating or flirting, then you have given up on your previous partner. You are looking around for something better because you gave up. If you decide to get back together, then you are sabotaging your relationship because you are hiding how truly feel or you never tell your partner what happened during the break. If you truly love your partner, you will work it out and just have space for a few hours or a day.

In this episode, I talk about the five languages of love. I read this book awhile back. It helped me to understand love in a different kind of way. The five love languages include words of affirmation, quality time, receiving gifts, acts of service, and physical touch. Each one of these are explained in better detail. Everyone is different and will prefer one of these over the other. We all want all five of the attributes, but just in a different order. Once you learn to understand your partner more, then you will be able to give them what they need. I prefer physical touch the most. Again, I am different. This episode could you in a new or current relationship as well as a future relationship. I hope you will enjoy this episode!
