On the Show, Henri and Laura have in depth conversations with successful immigrants and first-generation citizens who share their personal and professional stories on striving to fulfill their dreams and visions of success. 

Henri Nkuepo is a Risk Management professional and the author of the New Immigrant Playbook. Henri graduated from the University of Yaoundé in Cameroon, the University of the Western Cape in South Africa, and the George Washington University School of Law. Henri is originally from Cameroon and he immigrated to the United States when he was 26. 

Dr. Michele Sainvil is a resident in internal medicine and pediatric at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Michele is a graduate of Smith College and the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Michele is originally from Haiti and she immigrated to the United States when she was 8.

Paola Tineo is a Special Education Teacher, an Adjunct Professor in early childhood education and literature, and a life coach. She is a graduate of Smith College and Simmons College. Paola is originally from Dominican Republic and she immigrated to the United States when she was 4.
