They tell me bits and pieces of their lives, they recommend me to a neighbour, they pass the word on. By word of mouth, my collection of stories stirs up memories, stirs up the past, has fun with sounds, and here is where escape takes on an air of praise that we didn't know it had. A political philosophy of life emerges. A certain art of escape.
