My interview with Britt East will talk about coming out as gay in an unhealthy disfunctional family and how silence was used to isolate him from his family. He will talk about what the LGBTQ community needs to do to get "Real" with ourselves and stop using addictions and keep fighting for our rights because some of them could be taken away from us. He will also talk about his book "Gay Mans Guide To Life" and how it will be beneficial for us.

My partner John Preston discusses his life in Michigan and then to Angeles California to be a lighting Director in the Hollywood movie business. What challenges he faced in coming out as gay and how his family accepted him. Also the importance of exercise and wellness in his life going on to get his masters degree in exercise science and wellness at ASU and how that choice of physical exercise today has kept him healthy today.
