Abigail Chandler is a true embodiment of a courageous woman who reinvented her life at the age of 26. In today's episode, she shares her story growing up in the Jehovah's Witness religion that she deems as a cult, and breaking free after being taught her whole life not to question anything nor trust her own heart.

She shares with us what it means to jump into the unknown despite the fear; overcome chronic illness, depression, anxiety and re-learn everything for herself without any safety net.

We will dive into what it really means when you’ve given a blueprint for your whole life but your heart chooses something else.

    Abigail Chandler grew up in the insular world of the Jehovah’s Witness religion (she deems it a cult). After years of chronic illness, depression, anxiety and a failed marriage she left this life at age 26 to discover who she really was, re-wire her brain, re-create her entire world and to start finally living her truth. Today, she is well travelled, a trained yoga teacher, has found her new spirituality and runs her own successful online Virtual Assistant & Coaching business - The Holistic Assistant.
