Today’s guests are sisters  Isabel and Caroline Bercaw of DaBomb Bath Bomb Fizzers. What started as a hobby has turned into a booming business selling bath bombs with a fun surprise inside!  

Isabel and Caroline’s Story:

• Isabel and Caroline are sisters who were born 16 month apart.
• When they were 10 & 11 they were figure skaters who loved a good bath.
• They found other bath products left a residue on their skin and in the tub.
• As a hobby they set out to create their own.
• They  gave them as gifts to friends and eventually sold them at art fairs.
• Their business grew from only the two of them working behind the scenes on every aspect to now employing 100 people!

Keys to Success:

• They have a great product that produces a clean fizz with a few ingredients. 
• They made their product special by adding a surprise inside each bath bomb!
• They work well together and complement each other’s strengths and weaknesses.
• They are passionate about their product.
• They didn’t wait to start their business!
• They learned how to balance their business, school, and social life at a young age! 
• They asked for help along the way and found people were willing to give advice and share their stories.
