The healthcare industry is facing many serious challenges, and healthcare executives are under tremendous pressure making critical decisions that impact people in their organizations and patients served.

The issues are complex and difficult to navigate: staff shortages, patient experience,  technology, cybersecurity, operational efficiency, budget constraints, DEI, employee burnout, etc.

But the best leaders remain optimistic. They continue their own learning to face the changing future. It takes courageous leadership.
