In this podcast, David discusses the importance of creating an avatar, which represents the target audience for a business. He explains that avatars help marketers connect with their audience and understand their interests, demographics, and preferences. While some marketers use standard forms to gather information about their audience, David emphasizes the importance of using data to create accurate avatars. He believes that avatars should be based on real data and not just made up assumptions.
David shares his personal viewpoint, stating that he doesn't create avatars for his own business since he already knows his audience well. However, he acknowledges the need for avatars when working with clients and emphasizes the importance of adapting avatars over time based on changing demographics and data.
He also discusses the significance of understanding the challenges and pain points of the ideal customer, as well as their decision-making process. By collecting and analyzing data, marketers can create targeted marketing campaigns and tailor their messaging to address the needs of their avatars effectively.
David advises starting with a single avatar when beginning a business or launching a new product. He suggests focusing on the ideal customer within a specific niche before expanding to other segments. He also highlights the availability of templates and tools, such as ChatGPT, for creating avatars, and recommends including additional elements like fears, values, and clear prompts in the templates.
In conclusion, David emphasizes the foundational importance of creating an avatar for any business, whether it is a new venture or an existing one. Understanding the target audience and tailoring marketing efforts accordingly can lead to better engagement and increased sales.

Find out how Cheri an Animal Communicator is using Zenler to drive her online business in the right direction, pick up Pro Course Creator tips and tricks and there pain points in creating online courses and membership sites.
So on this particular pro interview, I've got Cheri with me. So Cheri hi. Welcome.
Cheri: Hi. Thank you so much for having me. I'm so happy to be here.
Host: You're very welcome indeed. So, for people that are watching this, they may not know who you are. Do you wanna just give us a brief introduction as to who you are, where you're based, and what your business is, please?
Cheri: Yeah. Thank you very much. I'm an animal communicator and pet medium, and I mainly help grieving pet parents heal and find peace after the passing of their pet. And of course, I help with all kinds of issues, behavioral issues, and, you know, anything else that an animal communicator might work with. I also teach other animal communicators. I help empower animal communicators and animal guardians to connect with their pets through a variety of spiritual tools. So everyone has the ability to communicate with their animals. It just, it's just not awakened, you know, they have not awakened to the fact that they can do this. And so I like to empower people to learn how to connect with their animals and, you know, animals communicate in a variety of ways. So not only, you know, can you hear them or see images, but, you know, anyway, that's all I, that's what I teach in my courses.
Host: Excellent. So how did you get to the point in your life where you said, right, I'm now an animal communicator. That's my business. That's what I do and this is the type of people that I help and train.
Cheri: Yeah, it's been a long journey, you know, to get to this point. And the first time I watched an animal communicator on Japanese TV, I was like, oh my gosh, how wonderful would that be? You know, Dr. Doolittle, we all watched Dr. Doolittle when we were younger and that was one of my dreams, was to be able to communicate with animals. And I started, I was really interested in it. I started to take courses and I just realized one day it just clicked. It's like, oh my gosh, all the pets I've had, I've been communicating with them all along. I just thought I was reading their body language or I was just somehow able to understand, you know, dog language, but it wasn't, there were things that I only, I, you know, things that I would get messages from the animals, but I would hear the animals speak to me and I just clicked that, oh, they were sending me those messages. It was not body language because they weren't even in the room. So I got confirmation time and time again from the animals that what I was experiencing was real. And like I said, we all have this ability, we just don't realize it. And so it has been a long journey and I've been a professional animal communicator for about eight years and what really clicked was, oh my gosh, I've always been able to communicate with animals. And so that's what I like to, you know, help other people understand. It's not, you know, you don't have to be born with

In this podcast, we feature New Zenler's pro premium account users Sophie Bee who made over 16K in a few weeks using the Funnels inside Zenler.
Sophie is an attraction marketing coach and has been using New Zenler for her business. In this interview, she shares her journey and how she utilizes the platform to drive her business forward.
Sophie starts by explaining that she stumbled upon New Zenler about a year ago. Initially, she was involved in a different business, but now she primarily uses New Zenler for her lead magnets, marketing pages, and sales pages. While she does have online courses on the platform, she mainly uses them to funnel her audience into Facebook groups, where she focuses on attraction-based marketing rather than traditional cold outreach and pain point marketing.
Kevin dives deeper into Sophie's background, asking her how she ended up in her current role as an attraction marketing coach. Sophie admits that her journey has been far from linear. She didn't intentionally choose to be an attraction marketing coach; rather, it was something that chose her. Sophie shares that during the pandemic, while going through a messy divorce, she unexpectedly attracted an audience of 30,000 people seeking help with their divorces. Although she initially focused on providing emotional support, she discovered that many were interested in learning how she attracted clients and built her coaching funnel. This revelation led her to transition into helping coaches and impact-driven entrepreneurs attract their own audiences and cultivate their online presence.
Moving on, Sophie discusses the specific tools and features she utilizes within New Zenler to achieve her goals. While she acknowledges that she hasn't explored all the platform's features yet, she highlights the effectiveness of the marketing pages, email lists, and sales pages. She primarily uses marketing funnels to capture leads, directing them to download lead magnets and join her email list. Sophie integrates New Zenler's automated email system to send out welcome emails and program-specific messages. Although she uses a different platform for her overall email communication, she seamlessly integrates it with New Zenler. Additionally, Sophie explains how she utilizes the sales pages in two different ways. While one approach follows the standard flow of leading to an online course, she also employs a pre-selling strategy for beta groups. By first selling the program and then creating the course material, she leverages the sales pages to maintain momentum and deliver value to her audience.
Kevin expresses his interest in seeing an example of Sophie's successful funnel and asks about her strategies for achieving conversions. Sophie graciously shares her screen and presents one of her marketing funnels focused on attracting clients through out-of-the-box strategies. She reveals two approaches she uses to drive conversions: leveraging cold audiences in other Facebook groups and utilizing her own Facebook group as a lead generation tool. Sophie demonstrates how she automates the process of adding members from her Facebook group to her funnel using a software called Group Leads. This integration allows her to effortlessly capture email addresses and seamlessly guide prospects through her marketing funnel.

In this Podcast "A Course Creator's Journey" we explore the process and key steps involved in becoming a successful course creator. It begins by emphasizing that being an expert in a subject is not always a requirement for teaching a course. The podcast suggests that individuals can teach based on their own experiences and knowledge, even if they haven't reached expert level, as long as they are sharing information that others don't know.
The podcast then delves into the initial phase of planning, strategy, and research. This includes researching competition, assessing market saturation, and determining the potential revenue from the chosen subject. It also highlights the importance of identifying a unique selling point (USP) that sets the course apart, such as a distinct teaching approach or personal style.
The next phase discussed is the implementation phase, which involves building a website, designing branding elements, and developing the course itself. The podcast mentions the possibility of offering pre-enrolment for the course to start marketing early. It emphasizes the importance of clearly communicating the value of the course and providing reasons why potential customers should purchase it.
The marketing phase is then explored, involving leveraging social media platforms, creating engaging content, and attracting leads. Ongoing communication and nurturing of leads are essential. Setting launch dates and goals is emphasized throughout this journey.
Once the course or membership is open, the podcast suggests recycling the marketing phase to continue promoting the course. It discusses the option of offering additional live workshops or upselling to existing students. The importance of adaptation and evaluation is stressed, including re-evaluating the target audience, adjusting pricing if necessary, and constantly providing value to students.
The podcast concludes by highlighting the significance of servicing students and meeting their needs. It emphasizes the importance of building trust, delivering value, and cultivating a strong relationship with students, which will encourage repeat business and ongoing success.
Overall, "A Course Creator's Journey" provides insights and guidance for individuals embarking on the path of course creation, covering topics such as subject selection, planning, implementation, marketing, and student satisfaction.
