This is the first episode of what will be an every week (or every other week) 10-15 minute mini-podcast with Jimmy as he describes his journey of what it's like trying to make it in professional tennis. Such a fun conversation with Baylor University All-American Jimmy Bendeck. Jimmy shares his tennis journey with us which includes a story of him being in Sports Illustrated at the age of 12. Shortly after appearing in Sports Illustrated, Jimmy then goes into some detail on how he had to fight through a number of serious injuries during his junior career. Despite such adversity, Jimmy was still able to have a fantastic collegiate career which included being a Fall 2018 ITA National Champion in doubles and a 2019 ITA All-American in doubles. Jimmy is now setting his sights on turning professional. Best of luck to Jimmy Bendeck!

We discuss how Nas got involved in the sport, how one of her teammates helped bring her to the University of Kansas, and also discuss her number one ranking in the entire country in collegiate tennis during her junior year.
