Following the ejection of watchdog Rob Cote from a Warwick City Council meeting, during which Mr. Cote was dismissed during a public comment period while trying to offer commentary about a story profiling alleged ethics violations by council member, the ACLU sued the City of Warwick.  A consent decree seems to send a message to the city: respect the First Amendment.
