You might recognize the face before the name but Courtney Fox is no stranger to the limelight. Quitting corporate America in 2015, Courtney decided her passion was going to become her purpose and became a full time yoga instructor.As a former state champion competitive gymnast, Courtney understands the balance between effort and surrender.  She wanted to help others learn the importance and benefits of yoga. Making yoga more than just a one-off thing but making it a habit in your life.
