The world feels different that it did just a few months ago. December is calling us to pause and reflect on what knowledge we have accumulated up until now. It is also asking us to look deep and see the healing we need to complete before the start of the new year. When 2020 arrives, we may find ourselves feeling pushed into new territory. Are you ready?

Despite what you may have heard, you are whole. Your soul is whole and complete. Life events may leave you feeling disconnected from the Self or even your Higher Power. What do you do?
