  • We the Church
Do you want revival in your church? Pastor Dario walks us through the scripture of 2 Chronicles. It starts from a place of humility: humility leads to prayer, prayer leads to seeking God's ways and his Kingdom, which ultimately leads to transformation.

  • Revive Perspective: Value
In this last message in the Revive Perspective series, Pastor Jason takes a look at what it means to be spiritual. What draws people to things like ghost tours? People are searching for spirituality—they're desiring transcendence. One out of four Americans considers themselves "spiritual but not religious." Yet the church operates as an information-giving entity devoid of anything spiritual. Maybe the life of faith that's being offered by the church is devoid of the power of the spirit of God.
But the Scripture calls us to "not be conformed to this world, BUT be transformed by the renewing of [our] minds." This is a choice. Because when we offer ourselves as the living sacrifice we are transformed no longer seeing the world as only material and physical, but as the spiritual—and we can see the Kingdom of God. What kind of hard reset do we need so that we enter into this world where the physical and spiritual are together? May we take the step of surrender this day...

  • Jonah - Pt. 4
We finish out our mini-series on Jonah with Pastor Dario looking at the sin of pride. Jonah is proud to be a Hebrew and a prophet. He feels he is better than "those people" in Nineveh. They don't deserve God's mercy. God asks... "Is it right for you to be angry?" Revive Perspective.

  • Jonah - Pt. 3
Pastor Zach continues our "mini-series" on Jonah with the insight that our God is a God of second chances. We open this week with Jonah reluctantly but obediently taking God's message to the Ninevites and becoming annoyed with God when he offers mercy. The good news is Jonah's misunderstanding of God's grace does not preclude him from God's mercy or prevent him from being a minister/messenger of that grace.

  • Jonah - Part 2
SERVE Ministries Director Meghan Mazerolle takes us into the belly of a fish as, through the story of Jonah, we explore God's radical grace and undeserved mercy for us. No matter our situation, our sin does not preclude us from God's audacious mercy. We are a continual work in progress and God can (and will!) use us even when we don't fully get it. God is the hero of the story always—and he alone gets the glory.

  • Jonah - Pt. 1
Revive Perspective with a look at Jonah. Jonah runs from the Lord, and the Lord sends a mighty storm as an act of love. How can a mighty storm be seen as an act of love? Pastor Zach takes us through the story and illustrates that God sometimes uses a mighty storm as an act of love and mercy even in our lives.

  • The Prodigal Son - pt. 3
Linking the parable of the Prodigal Son to the Romans text, Pastor Zach looks at inheritance and identity through the lens of time and culture. It was so much about what we've done but whose we are. Upon his return to the Father the younger son (us) is accepted back into the fold. The older brother must show mercy by sharing what was left of the inheritance with the underserving younger brother, just as Jesus shows us mercy and shares the kingdom with us even though we are so undeserving.

  • The Prodigal Son - pt. 2
Together we take another look at the parable of the Prodigal Son. Yes, the younger brother's sinfulness created (in his mind) a barrier between him and the Father... but Pastor Zach suggests that the older brother's obsession with always doing the right thing likewise caused distance. When our desire to be "perfect" becomes an idol for us—it essentially separates us from God. We spend so much time and energy trying to win the Father's love when it's right there, freely offered all of the time.
