After service ends, turning off the printers, shutting down the iPads and plugging them in to charge, turning the TV off, and turning off the Kiosk iPad, printer, and the power box.

Once it's 9:40am then the CK Check-in stations can officially open. The Kiosk stays open for those serving in CK or other areas to check-in their children before CK officially opens. Try to prevent everyone else from checking in before 9:40am.

This is for anyone serving as a greeter or check in for CK to make sure all the printers, iPads, and TV on before the toolbox meetings. The printers need to be turned on before the iPads; the iPad on and off buttons are within a small opening on the back of the metal stands; make sure that the theme is Kids and event is Covenant Kids; also always print a test label to make sure they are connected, if they aren't then you'll see a triangle alert at the bottom; the iPads will be facing the wall and the screen will be off until check in opens at 9:40.

This video is to show all those who serve how to turn on the classroom computers. Some of the Apple monitors and computer screen have a different location for the on/off button, either underneath or on the side.
