The letter of Romans strengthened the ancient church, brought reformation to the dark ages, has brought hope for 2000 years, and can change your life!

This week Pastor Joel continues his message series, Romans Bold Faith That Saves. Passages like this make us exercise faith which is “when the unexplainable meets the undeniable.” What we can know about this really difficult letter within this really powerful passage is that Paul is showing us the gospel is not merely a prayer, nor is it only the story of Jesus, it involves the two most important events that have ever occurred ̶ one that brings death and one that brings life. We are called to take these four actions throughout our life: remember the reign of death, recognize the answer to death, receive deliverance from death, and rejoice in the defeat of death.

This is a special four part series that will span the year of 2025.

This week Pastor Joel continues his message series, Romans Bold Faith That Saves. Loving God with all of your heart, soul, mind and strength and loving your neighbor as yourself, loving your enemies… all this will involve some pain. It's going to involve enduring things that, in all likelihood, will just simply not resolve in this world.

But it all has a purpose. You may not know what that is. God says, “love me, treasure me, endure through this. I am yours, you are mine. That will never, ever change.” That fact alone, Paul tells us, ought to give us something no sane person outside of Christ would ever think of possessing, a measure of joy energized by divine power that mystifies the world.

This week Pastor Joel continues his message series, Romans Bold Faith That Saves. We look at why is Jesus such a big deal, and why is the cross and Jesus’ resurrection the only way? Absolutely nothing about your relationship with God is earned, none is credited to your effort. Absolutely everything about your relationship with God is because of Jesus own righteous perfection in your place and through your life!

The letter of Romans strengthened the ancient church, brought reformation to the dark ages, has brought hope for 2000 years, and can change your life!

This week Pastor Joel continues his message series, Romans Bold Faith That Saves. Love rejoices in the truth. We've already heard about the power of the gospel and how Paul was changed by it. But the next two weeks, love is going to demonstrate for us the dire need that every human being that has or ever will live has for this story. Moreover, for this person, the Lord Jesus. Wrapped in God’s love, we have what the Bible would refer to as a spiritual disease described in this term that we have used so much now that it's almost lost all of its meaning, that we are sinners. This is a special four part series that will span the year of 2025.
