We all change, but we don’t all change strategically. Strategic change is hard and it involves discipline, sacrifice, consistency and faith. But true change happens when the pain of staying the same is greater than the pain of change.

When we allow everything apart from God to define our worth we will always be fighting an uphill battle which will lead to a hollow victory. After fighting this battle we begin accept the apparent fact that we have no value. What do you do when you have become comfortably numb?

In our constant search for significance it seems like everyone and everything wants to try and inform us of our own personal worth. The question is, are we significant because of what we do or what we have, or should our identity be wrapped up in something greater?

We affirm that grace is the free and unmerited favor of God, as manifested in the salvation of sinners through the blood of Jesus Christ.

We affirm that repentance is the abandoning of ones sin and the turning of one towards the forgiveness of Christ.

We affirm that prayer is the way in which man communicates with his Creator. And we affirm that prayer moves the heart of God to act of behalf of His creation.

We affirm that there is one God who eternally exists as three distinct Persons – the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God is one in essence and three in person.
