Fasting is about letting to of something, and replacing it with more tine with God. We are all driven by our appetite, so we have to choose what we go after to satisfy it.

The Gospel is the only light we need to follow, and it helps us out of the darkness of the world. We can only follow one thing. We can't follow God while following the world. We have to choose, and Jesus is the only door to the light.

On this week's episode of Covenant Table Talk with Pastors Gregory and Jackie Pope, we celebrate Thanksgiving. We have many things to be thankful for in life, but we should be most thankful for God and all that He does for us. We need to be thankful for the blessings we have and refuse to murmur or complain.

Today on Covenant Table Talk, Pastor Jackie shares an on-time word about the importance of having a relationship with Jesus. The upcoming holidays may bring various emotions, positive or negative, but we need to keep our eyes on Jesus and remember his promises and benefits.

Jesus never gave a confusing message, and we know exactly what we are going to get from Him. By reading the Word, we find out what is true, God's promises for us, and how not to be deceived by sin.

Today on Covenant Table Talk, Pastor Gregory and Pastor Allison are joined by Yoav Rotem, a former IDF soldier and tour guide from Israel. They discuss what is actually going on in Israel and the best ways to support Israel.

We must wrestle against our flesh and deny what it wants, so we can go after the things of God.

Today on Covenant Table talk with Pastors Gregory and Jackie Pope, Pastors discuss how good God truly is. God is the good shepherd, and He only has good things for us. He protects and takes care of us. God brings life and blessings to us, while the enemy only brings evil and is out to get us. We get to decide if we follow God's plan or the enemy's plan, so it's up to us to follow God's life-giving plan instead of the enemy's plan to kill, steal, and destroy us.

Today on Covenant Table Talk with Gregory and Jackie Pope, as they discuss being the House of God. It may be hard to picture, but we are the house of the Lord on the earth. Jesus is always with us, so He is always there to help us in our times of need.
