The Cleveland Browns are 9-3 coming off their biggest win of the season and quarterback Baker Mayfield is coming off the best game of his career.

The Browns were in a strange spot on Sunday. The team was on the road for the first time since October playing the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Browns were without Myles Garrett and Denzel Ward — their two best players on defense — and were going up against former teammate Joe Schobert.

In a game where quarterback Baker Mayfield was inconsistent at times, the Browns did enough to hold on and win 27-25. That came thanks to a big day from Jarvis Landry, and big runs late from running backs Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt.

Late last week the Browns found out they would be without superstar defensive end Myles Garrett against the Philadelphia Eagles. No matter. Cornerback Denzel Ward played like you might expect for a former No. 4 overall pick. Defensive end Olivier Vernon collected numerous sacks. The defense did enough to keep the Browns in the game while the running game on offense eventually broke the Eagles down.

Running back Nick Chubb is arguably the best player on offense for the Browns. Coming back from injury in Sunday's win against the Houston Texans, Chubb showed he's the most selfless. Although he could've scored a touchdown in the final minute of the game, Chubb casually stepped out of bounds so the Browns could run out the clock.
