Tony "The Sultan" Dosen continues his series of interviews from "The Bench" Friday Night Sports Program to see how the COVID-19 emergency has effected grass roots sport.  First he speaks with (amongst her many other sporting ties) member of "The Bench" presenter and Gymnastics NSW Administrator Alex Bellamy to find out how the one of the world's most original sports has been effected so savagely at the basic local club - and small business - level.  The Sultan then catches up with Northern District Cricket Rangers First Grade Captain Ben Davis to see how the back end of the recent cricket summer was KO'd by COVID-19.  Both Alex and Ben discuss what lies ahead in the short to medium/long term future for both sports in a grass roots disucssion not to be missed.
