An advisory panel for the CDC is recommending that the agency add the Covid-19 vaccine to its routine vaccination schedule for children. The CDC has yet to sign off on this. Even if approved the decision does not impact what vaccines are required for school entrance. It would be entirely up to the states to require Covid vaccines for school entrance. Should the state of MA mandate Covid shots for school entrance?

Texas Public Schools will provide fingerprint and DNA identification cards to students K-6 in the event of a tragedy and their bodies need to be identified. Should more schools start doing this?
