Hola chica! If you follow me on IG it's no secret that I was diagnosed with COVID. And let me tell you something... the physical toll that COVID takes on you is NOTHING compared to the mental toll. It truly has tried to steal my joy. I have felt hopeless and like I lost my vision for my future. I've been asking myself "where do I go from here?" And what I've come to realize is - I don't have to know all of the answers. I don't have to know how to get to back to "normal", I don't have to know how to feel joyful, I don't have to know where I'm going. It's okay to just BE. To get back to the basics of self-care and having the courage to just take it DAY BY DAY! Remember, you're not alone! We're all in this together!
