As Steve reflects on the racial issues that have swept across the country, he finds a connection to school shootings. Steve has given most of his career to ending school shootings. He sees a great number of similarities between the two issues. Steve believes there are solutions to both if we're willing to look in the mirror and respond to the face we see.
