Today we talked about how to keep the cowboy around... health wise. I think we all focus so much on the AG fight we are having to fight right now that we forget if we win this thing our boys are gonna have to win with us. We fight to cowboy but don't regularly try to focus on staying fit enough to do so. Kelly has changed that. Making unique workout plans for the cowboys of the world speaking on how it not only benefits you but also your horse.

"Your too pretty to be a cowgirl". "She's just a buckle bunny". etc. All things this cowgirl has heard because she wasn't born ugly. Yep, we talk about it all here. From the world looking down on her because she's blonde hair blue eyes to the unfair issues we have going on the ranching space. Today we cowboy with Kara. She brags about how her kids are warriors but I see her and her husband as the lead warriors. Waylon was diagnosedwith a very serious heart condition just days after being born changing their lives forever. His amazing 4 year old big sister (now 10) stopped life as she knows it and has spent the last 6 years cowboyin' with her brother helping him become the cowboy he is today. This family, this life, these folks are amazing. Although this is a tear jerking episode she is not here for sympathy but her only mission is to help all parents going through life taking care of their warrior kids with special conditions.

Today we talk history. To a living legend that hates the spotlight but gave us a little of her time. The First African American Female to enter and ride a ranch bronc. We get to know Margey, the 115 pound girl every one just thinks is a cute little women until she shows up and out cowboys the boys. We talked so many things cowboy and how she unlike the rest of the world had no idea anyone besides black people cowboyed because where she's from all she knew were black cowboys and black rodeos.

We talked all things AG even the hard to talk about conversations of taking accountability that we cowboys sometimes push out anyone with opposing views as us. We’ve got to know her daughter from her point of view but I wanted to dig deeper. I invited Cindy Dehoff on today to tell us more. She’s an amazing cowgirl herself and the proud mom of the fancy lady cowgirl! She told us all about Courtenay, her upbringing, and how she always knew her daughter would be big. Talking with her showed me so much of why Court is so amazing, her family and her raising is exactly a representation of the amazing cowgirl we’ve all come to love.
