Set 1: 
Wide bicep Curls
Hammer Curls
Single Arm Tricep ext
-10x each repeat 3x before moving on.

 

Set 2:
Overhead Tricep Ext 
Barbell Bicep Curl
Reverse Bicep Curl
-10x each repeat 3x before moving on.

Set 3:
Tricep Dip
Side Raise
Wide Hammer Curl
-10x each repeat 3x before moving on.
