As all things should go in sequence I thought I would talk about love bombing. I hinted at it in the last episode but I decided to go into it. You see the toxic side of it really well in Frozen and we end up with an exciting conversation. Love bombing is an emotional manipulation technique. It's not great. You basically love someone so much they are unable to see your more toxic traits. You are emotionally gaslit usually early in a relationship so you can manipulate them later.

While an overflow of love sounds idyllic, this behavior can be a huge red flag as it is a pattern that can be associated with underlying abuse and a potentially toxic relationship.
