Managing workplaces for the generational divide is more challenging than ever. Younger employees feel like they don’t need to be in the office to be productive, while older generations tend to stick to what they’ve known for years: going to the office for work. How can team managers lead when their workforce has such different views? And what does all this mean for office landlords? FTI Consulting Managing Director Rob Raymond weighs in in a new episode of our quarterly series, hosted by Commercial Property Executive Senior Editor Laura Calugar.
Here's what you'll hear about:

For this year’s last episode of Commercial Property Executive’s quarterly podcast series with CREW Network, Senior Editor Laura Calugar invited CEO Wendy Mann to talk about what the younger generations expect from their workplace, and how they will shape the future of CRE.

The Middle East seems to be the standout performer in terms of the sentiment provided by contributors to the latest survey, led by Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Commercial Property Executive Senior Editor Laura Calugar talked to RICS Senior Economist Tarrant Parsons about the results of survey.
