I want you to imagine that you are targeted by people who do not have any legitimate argument against you. Now imagine being targeted has children and they are targeted repeatedly using DFPS or CPS because they will go to the trouble of disrupting your activities with welfare checks on the children you have (over and over and over) regardless of whether there are any grounds for it or not. There are people who are experiencing this exact situation nationwide, although not always for that reason. The social welfare system has become a “Go-to” fire alarm to pull anytime someone wants to cause trouble for families. You need to address the issue for Americans everywhere as this is happening to people every day. Imagine being visited an average of once every three to four months for many years until your children turn 18 because it is the most effective way criminals can attack you and retaliate against you without much cost or effort. It comes to the point that you have to threaten CPS with litigation and demand a warrant because they are disrupting your life through these unwarranted visits and attacks. Stop social services from these unwarranted repeat attacks on Americans. It’s like the Secret Police all over again from Nazi Germany. They have too much power and they do not operate on a strict mandate. It’s a family’s worst nightmare. There are testimonials on YouTube and other platforms about families of all backgrounds and especially those of color that are experiencing this. It is horrible to live under threat of false reporting at all times. You must protect your Constitutional Rights as Americans. Demand an Advocate be present for all questioning and do not allow them to enter your home without a warrant. Record everything and wear a body camera. Hold CPS accountable for their illegal conduct. They are not Police or Law Enforcement. They do not have the authorization to conduct business as they do but they gamble on the fact that you do not know your rights as an American. They have no interest in most cases in providing you or your family help, even when you request it.
