As we go thru life we pick up feelings and emotions around our relationships, around our choices in general, around our own specific situations. When these feelings aren’t the best, they cause cracks to form in how we deal with and feel about these particular things. Sometimes we get used to having so many cracks that we just accept that that is how we are supposed to live.
But we always have a choice and how we deal with these cracks in ourselves is no different.
In this episode we will look at why it became so easy for us to ignore some of these cracks in our own lives.
Can we really heal our own cracks and find a better way of living?
I say Yes! Yes, my friends, but it all depends on how we decide to fix those cracks in ourselves and honestly we have to decide if we are willing to fix them at all. And fixing them for ourselves means more in the long run of our lives than we have come to think it does. Even the tiniest crack can lead us into bigger cracks, bigger issues that we should have faced when they were smaller.
So let’s go over our cracks (all forms of cracks, you guys, because we all have them!) and we will look at how we have the choice. We can choose to fix them and help make our lives better or leave them and in turn, leave ourselves feeling broken over and over as we try to live with our cracked selves and our missing pieces.
