Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note.
You cannot heal what you don't see.
In Episode 002, we go deep into the R in T.R.A.P. — Recognition. This is the skill that separates people who stay stuck from people who actually change.
You'll learn the 3 signals your body gives you BEFORE your brain lies to you:
1. The Body Tightening - where you hold your wounds (jaw, chest, stomach)
2. The Emotional Flood - why your emotion is a 10 but the event is a 2
3. The Story Loop - the "always/never" narrative that feels like truth
Plus: The 60-Second R.A.D.A.R. Check you can use in real time:
R - Rate: Where am I tight?
A - Ask: Is this feeling familiar?
D - Detect: What story am I telling?
A - Age: How old do I feel right now?
R - Return: What do I need to return to my adult self?
This week's homework: The Recognition Journal. Every night, ask:
- When did I feel tight/flooded/loopy today?
- How old did I feel? What was the old story?
- What did I do after I recognized it?
Craft is the inner work. Canvas is the life you paint.
If Episode 001 was about seeing the T.R.A.P., Episode 002 is about escaping it.
NEXT WEEK: Episode 003 - Appreciation: How to stop hating your triggers and start thanking them.
