I told you I would do my homework! I found some things out and I **try** to tell you about it, but sometimes I'm not so good at the explanations thing, but we'll keep at this, ok? Oh, and baking sourdough looks kind of dangerous, but I'm going to do it anyway! Why have starter if you're not going to use it, right? I keep assigning homework, but at least I'm only assigning it to myself, not you! I wouldn't do that to you. Unless you like homework? Do you like homework? I kind of used to like it, actually. I'm trying to encourage Sourdough Starter to grow! I recorded 40+ minutes but my Bluetooth headset didn't pick it up. Doh! But I re-recorded a shorter episode anyway! Hopefully my sourdough won't die.
