Lie Detecting Eye Scanner - Huawei And China First Strike Military
Craig Peterson:Ā 0:00
Hey, good morning, Craig Peterson here. Got my little robot running in the background, cleaning the floors. These things are great if you don't have one of these. I have a Roomba. One of their newer models that I got on sale. It was a beta winners and alpha testing, actually. So I love these things. Anyhow, this morning, I was on with Jim Polito, and we talked about a couple of different things. We talked about Huawei and their impact. We also talked about this Blade Runner style I scanning a lie detector. Is that something that's coming our way? Should we be worried about it. And we've been doing a lot of work here on the DIY security for business. So keep your eye out for those videos. And those courses. We're going to be doing some coaching and consulting and everything. This is going to be something out, never done this before. So you're going to get a great deal on that is as well as the free training that comes as part of that live. So anyways, here we go with Mr. Polito Have a great day. Everybody
Unknown 1:03
sees everybody's favorite genius. And he's here now our good friend and Tech Talk guru. Craig Peterson. Good morning, sir.
Unknown 1:13
Good morning. I'm not sure I like being back from Naples, Florida. You're a little cool. Oh. Amy.
Unknown 1:21
Danny Do I still have Here it is.
Unknown 1:25
Everybody for Craig Peterson is back from Naples, Florida. Oh, how he's. We suffered. Craig, come on. Canadian. Canadian. You're supposed to be able to
Unknown 1:44
forget it. I don't even want to get into it.
Unknown 1:47
The weather? Yeah, it won't. It was 89 when I laughed driving because we went and visited a couple of people work for me down there. My daughter at nine next morning. Got up. It was 69 next morning. We get up it was 49 as we continue to go further north and then and then it was 29 and now Yo, single digit Yeah. Talk to the Chamber of Commerce and get this taken care of.
Unknown 2:14
Yeah, this weather What did we get right outside here? Well, we got 23 now but you're up you're up farther north. So anyway, Craig's again I'll
Unknown 2:28
I'll keep playing and if you do it oh keep doing my cousin's down in Naples right now for the season so really like to be in Naples all right here and if you know what if you want to be able to tell if I'm telling the truth about I want to be in Naples right now you could I think it's fair to say yeah, Jim's telling the truth about that now what if you thought I was lying about that there's a new type of technology available that will scan my eyes hey I was a big fan of the movie Blade Runner which was a great Harrison Ford movie I never saw the remake but the original Blade Runner you telling me that they're soon going to have the technology to be able to tell if I'm lying just by my eyes
Unknown 3:25
well it looks that way are it is on its way. You know we've had a number of technologies over the years to try and get people telling lies you've probably seen in the back of magazines I remember this as a kid you know right next to the X ray glasses
Unknown 3:44
little miss a little thing that you could use to listen to people's voices and felt they were lying to you and that technology's been around for a while so you can take a voice sample and do some serious analysis on it and often Cal someone's got the stress markers right that's what they're looking for typically is a stress markers and everybody knows what a polygraph is. We've seen them all over TV and the movies for years right and the whole idea in fact Penn and Teller did wonders their famous TV shows about polygraphs and how inaccurate they were and all it's doing is just measuring your heartbeat and your and your skin conductivity. Right
Unknown 4:32
It's ga stanza said it's only a lie. If you believe it's a lie.
Unknown 4:39
He is right from
Unknown 4:42
if you're a very good liar, you can beat the poly
Unknown 4:46
well how often do you think people do that? How frequently do you think professional polygraph die or
Unknown 4:54
get it right
Unknown 4:55
now that i don't know i don't know so mean I do know that it is still inadmissible in court which means that judges have said okay that's fine but we're not going you can use that as an investigative tool law enforcement but we're not going to use it as evidence so I can't be that high
Unknown 5:19
yeah human operators of course are interpreting what they see based on the questions that are being asked and and which up 62 maybe as much as 75% accurate at the absolute past the polygraph so this is new technology kind of like absolutely what what they were using and in Blade Runner and I did see the second movie and I did like it It wasn't the same It was definitely a little different universe so yeah I don't know you missed a lot there but that Blade Runner saying where they hook it up and they look in your eyes This is called IV patch This is a new company it was bark back I should say by Mark Cuban and they've been around now for four or five years so quite a while this wasn't
Unknown 6:11
this wasn't on Shark Tank was it
Unknown 6:13
No I don't think you'll realize I think this is one of his independence of fun that he did oh
Unknown 6:20
I'm just joking
Unknown 6:23
I want to 25% of the company $400,000
Unknown 6:27
Yeah exactly. Well he might have done that anyways I don't know maybe he gives us on Shark Tank be super watching you never know right yeah um. But it is a next generation lie detector but bottom line justice to scams as said yeah this is really the same old polygraph now.
Unknown 6:48
She's so please who are saying that it is better. They're claiming an accuracy rate of 86%. Okay. That give or take 10 to 20% better than the Polycom graph
Unknown 7:02
is a while back. Yes. And kill if you don't think you're lying. Not really ever show anything. So it's, it's basically
Unknown 7:09
looking for the same markers, right? It's looking to see
Unknown 7:17
it's looking to see if it's if it's really, really working. I mean, if you really, really stressed out
Unknown 7:25
yeah, if you think you're lying, because your eyes going to construct or dilate based on whether you think you're lying. Whether you are feeling uncomfortable. Now they're claiming they've got 500 customers and 40 countries, there are people who are deploying it. And I got this great quote from University Minnesota Professor professor there, no science and psychology saying, it's astounding to me that they're paying customers deploying this technology and actually screening people with that. So expect it to be in the test. They like that we
Unknown 8:03
have a problem with it. If you are an as an investigative tool for police. And if and if a suspect wants to submit to it. Like if I if I had a loved one missing and they wanted to make sure I didn't have anything to do with it. I'd say give me the poly Give me the whatever the test is, so that you'll stop looking at me and you'll start looking for my loved one. But I wouldn't I certainly wouldn't submit to it for other reasons. And yeah, I in court, I wouldn't want that. So okay. Literally a little simpler deployment of the technology. But the same idea looking for stress. Now speaking of stress, and we're talking with Craig Peterson. And in the short time we have left, we got another important topic, but I want to remind you at the end of the segment, we're going to give you an 800 number. He text My name to it, Jim and Craig will send you the information we discuss today. Plus a whole bunch of other stuff. And he'll keep you abreast of everything important that's going on in technology. Who Wait, am I pronouncing the name of the Chinese company properly? Huawei? Wow. Wow. is a company a massive telecom company in China. And they are I'm concerned about them, because I'm afraid that because there is no line between Corporation in the state in China that if I'm using Say it again. Well, why why why? Why always technology the state is China is going to be listening in.
Unknown 9:50
Yeah, you got some real good concerns there. And one of the problems we have in the US is, guess what our phones are using much of our backbone for our telephony networks. And even some of our data network is provided by Huawei. So we have some evidence that Huawei has been breaking sanctions with Iran and hence the arrest in Canada of their CFO when she was changing planes over in Vancouver. I understand that was just yet another arrest of Huawei executive. I think he was in South Korea, I'm trying to remember but but they China's largest telecom company is really because of the technology they happen to us. They can monitor the electronic communications of anyone using one way technology and apparently some people have found that happening Yeah, and one way is now illegal to use for illegal the rules have been changed cannot be sold on in the military bases turn up to us by our government, at least not directly.
Unknown 11:06
Yeah, see, this is I get it. We were just talking about company in Western Mass, that's Chinese. And it's great. They're they're bringing great jobs to the region. They build rail cars and these cars are going to be used I believe on the orange line in Boston on the T great jobs manufacturing Chinese company but people are sounding the alarm and say, wait a minute, these just aren't rail cars they have electronic technology within them what is our guarantee that there's not some backdoor in there that somebody in China can throw a switch but click a mouse and shut down that train and and it's that's why I wanted to bring this up that you were talking about about this you know, that's a small example how about a massive telecom company whose technology is in just about everything over here? Yeah,
Unknown 12:00
yeah, exactly. And while we set to overtake apple and the iPhone and the smartphone market here in the US and worldwide it's a real concern it's a very big concern we got to remember just as you said this the People's Liberation Army Communist China you know, it's you're talking about PC politically correct earlier today. And believe me, they are communists, this is Red China read used to mean communist, right? Yeah. And then they change the terminology on us and they are not our friends. China's current philosophy is to use technology as a first strike attack. It's true their enemies.
Unknown 12:41
That's true,
Unknown 12:43
Craig, we're up against the clock here. So folks, if you have a text My name to this number 855-385-5553, that's 855-385-5553
Unknown 13:00
Standard data and text rates apply. But you'll get on Craig's list and you want to be on his list because he will provide you with this information. Plus, if there's ever a massive hacker a crisis you'll get a message from him. He will not abuse the time and the information that you give him and he certainly won't sell it to anyone else. Craig, this was great. Thank you so much for your time. We'll talk to you next week.
Unknown 13:26
Thanks Jim. Take care. Take care. Bye bye.

Rundown From CES - Craig's New Videos Series - About Backups
Craig PetersonĀ 0:00
Hey good morning everybody. I had a show this weekend you might want to listen to talk a little bit about VPN technology and had quite a few people asking questions so we're going to take care of those questions for you this week, not just on VPN and I did also a quick video on backups I'm trying to start getting this information out because I've got a course coming up as well we're going to be teaching you about everything you need to do in order to keep your business safe now this is a do it yourself course we're going to really answer your questions help you realize that hey it isn't your fault that piece of bad guys are getting in we've got a lot of these big companies selling that virus products that just don't work and anyone within those companies that even mentioned it's been getting fired so listen if you've been attacked if you're afraid of being attacked you you may have email questions etc keep an eye on my website at http://CraigPeterson.com. We've got these wonderful little videos make sure you on my email list you can find out about this course is going to be some coaching involved in things to help you out you know find all of that if you subscribe http://CraigPeterson.com/subscribe. And of course the website right there. My homepage you'll see these videos at http://CraigPeterson.com. So this morning I was on with Mr. Heath and we talked a little bit not only about how cold it is up here this time of year who mama but we talked about some of the things out at CES as well.
Unknown 1:36
And Craig Peterson joins us now at the Auto Fair listener lines with the Tech Talk update. Good morning, Craig on this money. How are you sir?
Unknown 1:42
Hey, good morning. Doing well Jack.
Unknown 1:45
Well, what's catching your eye this morning.
Unknown 1:47
Oh, we've got a few things that happen out of the Consumer Electronics Show this year. Of course, it's the show that typically showcases the new products that are coming from all these different companies over the course of really the next six 12 months and their weapons, anything like huge and earth shattering this year. But some of the biggest things that we saw this year. Besides really big like Samsung having an over 200 inch TV called The Wall is this 5G starting to comment starting to show up. There's some tech companies that are really ready for it. And this is what they expect to give a real competition edge to the cell phone carriers over your cable company. Because Jack this new 5G is going to be fast enough that it can replace most people's not only their cable TV, but also their full internet internet. And all of the major players are really jumping on board their apples putting it off for a year. I think he's gonna let things kind of settle down a little bit. And speaking of Apple, of course, the big troll this year out at CES was apple. And I understand Justin, you just got an Apple phone again, right?
Unknown 3:10
That's right.
Unknown 3:11
Yeah, I had to come home Craig.
Unknown 3:14
And he did it the right way. Because a lot of people are concerned, you look at the price tag of these Apple devices like the iPhone, and they can be $1,000 or more even. But what you can do if you want an Apple devices, you can get these new Surface devices or you can buy older models and an iPhone eight is a nominal device. And the apples trolling is kind of trying to point that out at CES. They rented the whole side of one of the hotels. Right. So listen, they put the signs
Unknown 3:45
the signs up. Yeah. Yeah. What stays stays, stays on your name.
Unknown 3:50
Yeah, yeah, exactly. So CES this year, and you know, Mexican huge. I, frankly, was more than a little disappointed. There's a lot of little companies that were there. There's a whole new tech section of the Consumer Electronics Show Jack and there's kind of some fun stuff that was out there. But you know, it wasn't earth shattering. I also this weekend on my show, we talked a little bit about VPN and I've been releasing some videos we just did one on backup. We're going to talk more about that more about the virtual private networks what they can do, I had a bunch of questions come in after the show on Saturday. So keep an eye out on my website because you'll be seeing more videos is already one up there right now. Real quick tips about tech need to know about from a security standpoint what you can do, because that's my biggest disappointment with CES. Lots of cool gadgets but not much thought about security. And that's frankly a big problem in this day. Make
Unknown 4:55
sure is correct. All right. Check it out. Craig Peterson with an O-N. com. Craig you make it a good night. They stay warm. It's gonna it's actually I think quite a bit quite a bit more mild from the weekend. Thanks, Craig will do. Bye bye. As we said earlier, one of our listeners a check in early this morning though. It's probably gone up to maybe minus seven. But -15 this morning up in Whitefield to start the morning early
Otter 5:16
before Yeah, it's called Getting caught back from Naples. Oh my gosh, 89 degrees and now they get a 15 a little north of me here in New Hampshire. Anyways, have a great day going to be busy today putting together a couple more videos to help everybody understand essential things to their business whether it's a Soho a small office, Home Office, a small or medium business. I've been serving them all now with security needs for putting on what 40 years long time time for a little bit of give back here from Craig Peterson. Alright, have a great day. Talk to you later.

Bye bye.

The Best VPN Services - Why You Should Use Them
Craig Peterson:Ā 0:00
Hi everybody Craig Peterson here or welcome were in January cold weather. But just looking forward here come April, April showers bring May flowers, it's not going to last forever, everybody. So let's get into it for today.
Craig Peterson 0:19
And talk a little bit more about Huawei. I told you, we'd follow these stories about what they have been doing, I found some information I didn't know before about the laws in China, you know, we already knew that China did not have the intellectual property rights that we have, they may have the laws for some of this stuff. But in fact, they just don't pay any attention to those laws. But we'll talk a little bit about what's going on there. VPN, I want to really bring this up. Now, people, hopefully, you're back at work, you're paying attention to things now. So we're going to review a list of the best VPN services, 5G, what we now know what to expect, that's rolling out this year 2019 The year of 5G, although Apple's not going to be at that party and will tell you why
Craig Peterson 1:10
six ways you put your data at risk when you travel and Blade Runner, remember that movie and they're trying to figure out if you are an Android, and they use a little ice scanner to try and figure that out, wow, there's a nice scanner looks a lot like the Blade Runner trick. And we're going to talk about how they think they can
detect whether or not you are lying. So that's what we have today.
Craig Peterson 1:37
Also this week. And this is really important for everybody, I want you to know that I am doing a six week-ish series of master classes. Now, these things are free, these are not hard, sell anything. Okay, I'm going to obviously offer some services here. But we're talking about having six or so free master classes, one per week. And then I'm also going to be providing a free follow up every week where I'm willing to sit down, we are going to just discuss the questions you asked. So we're going
Craig Peterson 2:16
to have group coaching as well. And this is very, very valuable. This is the sort of thing that costs thousands of dollars, typically. But we're doing it for you, I'm going to have a couple of other experts involved, all of us who want to
Craig Peterson 2:31
secure your business. And that's what this is aimed at. This is business people, although if you're a home user, you probably get something out of this. But it's, you know, it's free. So why not, right. It's not what most people say. But I really want
Craig Peterson 2:46
to help the businesses out because again, it's it is devastating for businesses bad enough if you are an end user rights, your consumer and your credit card number stolen. But all you have to do is report to the credit card company and you today it's done, they'll send you a new credit card. And that's a little annoying. But if you're
Craig Peterson 3:07
a business and the credit cards or your client information or your intellectual property or stolen, not only are you going to get fined when it comes to credit cards, it's a guaranteeing nowadays you will be fine. But you're going to lose your reputation. So businesses that lose the reputation, 60% of the clients are likely to go away. That's the statistic 60% of people say they will not do business with a business that's been hacked. You don't want that to happen, right?
Craig Peterson 3:41
I don't want that to happen. So we've got to make sure we're protecting our small businesses, it's way worse for small-medium businesses way, way worse. And I have yet to find no, I take that back.
Craig Peterson 3:54
I usually say I have yet to find a small-medium business that has proper protection in place. But we did, we've found one, this was about two, maybe three weeks ago, it was a Soho small office, Home Office, one person, and you'll never believe what we found what happened. They actually had all of the security software installed and updated. It was amazing. Now they didn't have the right kind of software, right, you need to stack nowadays have different layers, different types of protection. So you need a software stack, you know, hardware stack to protect you. So they didn't have the best security. But they had very good security. And part of what you want is to make it solid. The bad guys, if they're walking up to your business, and they try and turn the handle and they juggle the door and it doesn't open, they're going to go on to the next business. Right. And hopefully, they can open Well, not to the business person, right. But the bad guys hoping if they juggle a handle, they can get into that next business. So they just juggle handles and you at the very least that's what you need your about 80% protected, maybe 70 if that handle jiggle doesn't come across and do anything. There's a lot more to it nowadays than that.
Craig Peterson 5:12
But we actually found a business that had been doing what I've been advising. So that's pretty good news. Then they listened to the show all of the time. That's probably why right. So we did a cyber health assessment and had to look at all of the data on their machines. They even had the best we've ever seen. Now, we've had been in some businesses where we've seen we've seen just a single business with more than $200 million in liability with just
Craig Peterson 5:39
30 employees. Okay, it's it's not and then we have other businesses that we've been taking care of for years with hundreds of employees that have yet to have a breach knock on knock on wood, right so that's what this is all about. This is really this is really aimed at these businesses that need help and businesses that are trying to do with themselves as well because I'm going
Craig Peterson 6:06
to show you what to do help you understand it to make sure that you are safe okay this is going to be fantastic for you it's going to be phenomenal so if you are not already signed up for these webinars do it now and the easiest way is just get on my email list because I'll be sending out announcements and they'll have a link you can click on for instant registration just go to http://CraigPeterson.com/subscribe. http://CraigPeterson.com/subscribe. And I will tell you about this. Now later on in the year, we're going to have paid courses and paid consulting and stuff,
Craig Peterson 6:46
this is the free stuff, okay. And we try and do this give or take once a quarter with these free master classes. So if you are a small business owner, if you are a manager in a small-medium business, meaning, you know, under 20 to $30 million in annual revenue, you will like this, because I'm taking some of the information I've gotten from being a bit of an FBI Insider, you know, running the FBI, in regard webinars, I'm taking some of that information along with what we're seeing today with our clients that we're doing security for, and we're putting in into a course.
Craig Peterson 7:23
So it's, it's invaluable, frankly, for most businesses. And for free, you know, you can't ask for more. And what I'm trying to get out of all of this is just a better understanding of what businesses need. So this is going to be very interactive call the kind of an alpha launch, right? very interactive, you're going to be able to ask questions, I'm going to answer them. We're going to have multiple sessions so that we can answer your questions as you try and do things will take your questions to help you actually accomplish it. So this is talking about ground floor opportunity. This is going to be fantastic for business. And whether again, if you're an IT guy or gal, your security professional, you're just the person that's responsible for http://CraigPeterson.com/subscribe, http://CraigPeterson.com. Okay, so let's get into two days articles.
Craig Peterson 8:18
You should be using VPN, if you're not using VPN, you are massively exposed. Now you don't have to use them. When you're near the office. I'm just making so many assumptions here. I'm assuming that your internet connection safe I'm assuming that your Wi-Fi in your offices safe that it's properly segmented, that you're using the right encryption, not just some encryption, but the writing corruption on your Wi-Fi. Or that you're hardwired into your network. And that your network it does not allow just anybody to plug something into it. Because that happens all the time, too. And you've got a contractor in you got
Craig Peterson 9:00
temporary employee and they just plug right into your network. And then they're on which means anything they're bringing with them can now spread throughout your network. I was talking to a listener out in California a couple of weeks back, and he's helping out a nonprofit. It's kind of cool. He worked for Intel for decades. And they have a program that he's involved with where Intel will pay him to go win and help nonprofits with computer stuff. So he's helping primarily with the database stuff. But you know, we were talking and it was just
Craig Peterson 9:36
shocking to hear that he could go in and he just pull didn't hear their network. And he was able to get on getting into their databases and stuff without so much as the single scan of his computers. So assuming your network had the office is safe, then what?
Craig Peterson 9:56
Well, use your office network, but we all have to go home will bring our laptops with us, our tablets with us, we go out to coffee shops, right? Do you do that? I do that as well. And as we're wondering about our data is exposed. If you're using LTE data on your phone,
Craig Peterson 10:18
that LTE data has a level of protection with it,Ā it is encrypted. Although more recently, it's been found that it's easily decrypted. But at least there's a level of encryption. But when you're on your phone, do you think about using a VPN
Craig Peterson 10:34
I know a lot of people that think about it when they are in a coffee shop, for instance, or they are in an airport and a couple of weeks ago, it's still up on my website at http://CraigPeterson.com, I talked about a guy that had all of his data stolen and bank account, drained, etc. Because he used a Wi-Fi at an airport. That's all it took. Okay,
Craig Peterson 10:59
it really it doesn't take very much. So we've got to be careful about all of this stuff, frankly, absolutely careful about it. So what do you do?
Craig Peterson 11:09
Well, you use a VPN and don't just use any VPN, we found out a couple of months ago that Facebook's VPN was harvesting your data. Okay, so don't use VPN from Facebook.
Craig Peterson 11:24
And just like anything else if it's free, you're probably the product so we found a really good article that you'll find online on http://CraigPeterson.com, trying to remember where we got that article from. Let me look here. It came from Oh, yeah, the best, the best VPN. com but you'll see it up on my website atĀ http://CraigPeterson.com to so here's
Craig Peterson 11:52
what they're saying, are the 10 best a VPN for you. And it's something that you should seriously look at. And there's not expensive, okay, to get a VPN. So what do you do? How do you stay safe that so we're going to get into right now these keep you safe by setting up an encrypted connection? So your connection from you over there at the coffee shop to the VPN place is safe, it's encrypted. However, once it gets to the VPN place it is in the clear basically, unless you're using an encrypted website, in which case it's still encrypted. So then you have the advantage of double encryption. Why does that matter?
Craig Peterson 12:38
Well, it matters because there can be people on that same public Wi-Fi as you who are trying to get into your machine. So if your machines responding to these local addresses on these networks, and they can get into a vulnerability that's on your machine, now you got problems. And that's exactly what happened. This guy.
Craig Peterson 13:01
So if you're using a VPN, what happens is all of your traffic gets routed to the remote side. So that local prying eyes, local hackers that are there in that restaurant can't get your data. Okay,
Craig Peterson 13:16
it's very important. It's something that we all need to watch and pay a whole lot of attention to Franklin. So number one the best according to the passage, vpn.com
Craig Peterson 13:31
is expressed VPN. Now I see this all of the time, it's pretty heavily advertised at ranked number one out of the 74 VPN that they checked. And it only costs $6 and 67 cents a month at the cheapest
Craig Peterson 13:45
obtain Express VPN single subscription gets you to access to over 2000 of their servers, 94 countries are located in the British Virgin Virgin Islands, been around for a decade
Craig Peterson 13:59
now a whole bunch of different protocols that are used for encryption, they, they couldn't find any DNS or web RTC leaks, which is very, very good. A lot of places I don't know if you've noticed, but you go to a URL and you end up somewhere you didn't expect or you're looking for something, you type in the URL, it's not a good URL, and then it takes you to their page with their advertisements on it. I've seen that from various internet service providers. So they do all of this stuff. And they don't sacrifice any performance one of the fastest download speeds at three megabit out of 100 that was tested. And they say it's a little on the pricey side, I don't really think so it's between 667 and $13 a month. So very fast, three simultaneous connections, hard to go wrong. Now, what I do for us and for customers is I set up all we know my team setup, I'm using up the one setting it up anymore, but we set up a VPN so they can use it when they're on the road. But it goes directly to their offices. And that then gives them access to the servers at their office to their own workstation at the office and tells them everything they need from a security standpoint because you know, everything safe going there. And then if they go to a third party website, its channeled through the office, which hopefully has a hardware stack that it's running, snore and next-gen firewall and is logging everything, but hopefully they've got all of that so that that again, that person is safe. So there, they're not going to pull down an executable that's unsafe, a Word doc that's unsafe, etc, etc, etc. And none of these VPN services are really doing any of that for you. And that's why we always run it back through our client sites. With the right types of hardware, Nord VPN and another one you see advertised This
Craig Peterson 15:59
is the best timeĀ cheap VPN I say cheap in air quotes. In case you're not watching on video, the best cheap VPN at 299 a month. Nobody else can match Nord VPN server account and they have over 5000 of them. They use a double encryption protocol, which combines two servers into one connection. They are VPN apps come fully loaded, they have something called a kill switch. Or they have no login policy. They have a Panama City location. So they're in a privacy-friendly territory. Very good on the hands out to help test to connect up to six devices. The downside is it can take 30 days to process refunds. A little bit of a hassle, their tech support people aren't the best. But based on the test they were doing in the $3 a month that's going to be hard to beat perfect privacy and limited simultaneous connections. This is number three on this list at $10 and 50 cents a month.
Craig Peterson 17:00
None of your personal data is monitored or stored is what they're guaranteed. leak free. best in class encryption. They've got a bunch of great protocols to include open VPN IP sec. SSH, just a whole bunch of things and the monthly cost is a little bit on the higher end and it comes cheaper if you have dozens of devices connected right there in Switzerland. Again, good for privacy and a cyber ghost is another one great features at 350 a month. I'm not going to go into all of the rest of these you can check them out. I have it all on my website atĀ http://CraigPeterson.com that was posted this morning. But those are the top ones you want to look at. Okay, again, just run through that list. We've got Express VPN the best all-around at 667 a month we have coming in number two, nor VPN, which is the best cheap VPN they have a pretty large list of real benefits Nord, VP, and number three perfect privacy and limited simultaneous connections at $10 and 50 cents a month. So check it out onlineĀ http://CraigPeterson.com. Now let's get into some other stuff, here again, I'm reminder make sure you go right now to http://CraigPeterson.com/subscribe. We are starting these master classes this week. And you're going to want to be in them. Because we're running through all of the security stuff that you need to know as a small business person, medium business person, we're going to have people on this call that are assigned to security for their business. They're not the security professionals, they've taken a course or two all the way through people who are just newbies at this Alright, this is your chance you are not going to get this chance. Again, I cannot see myself doing this again, I did something similar a year and a half ago just burn myself out about it with a multi-day webinar series. But that's what we're doing here master classes for the next give or take six weeks along with group coaching. absolutely free This is not a heavy marketing thing I'm trying to help this is for you guys out there http://CraigPeterson.com/subscribe, that'll get you on my list. Make sure you check your email after you subscribe. Because immediately there will be an email sent to you have to click on it. If you don't click on it, you're not gonna get on my list. Because I only want people who really want to hear from me. And then in addition to finding out about the master classes, you're going to get an email from me every week with all my show notes, the things I talked about here, plus all lot more that we just don't have time to get into with link so you can read those articles. And I'm starting to write my own content. So it's not just curated content anymore. It is content directly from me. So five G's coming. I mentioned that our friends at Apple are not going to be on that boat this year.
Craig Peterson 20:09
So what is 5G? What's it all about? And you might have noticed the TV channels have been disappearing off the air and the reason for that is that they were buying the frequencies back to us for five g it is all about speed here. You know, the baseline difference between the 4G LTE and 5G and are which is the new standard is incredible. The at full signal strength 4G LTE can bring some impressive speeds, but 4K TV it goes back and forth on LTE. However, on the 5G signals, we're talking about multi-gigabit broadband theoretical numbers that you know, the merrily rarely met in the real world. But we're talking about Metropolitan 5G speeds that are consistently above 750 megabits per second. So almost a gigabit over the air isn't that amazing. So it's going to be a win for both urban dwellers and even people in rural locations. If you're in LA, New York, you'll get the new stuff
Craig Peterson 21:24
a little bit faster. Some of those cities, by the way, never really got full LTE because it just wasn't stable enough. In those tightly packed areas. You might remember that you could not use your LTE when you went down to New York, I had this problem. The only way you could use 4G LTE in New York City was if you had a New York City, Manhattan etc. plan from the providers because there's so much trouble with 4G LTE in a tightly packed space where there's a lot of people that problem goes up way with 5G. So that's a huge win latency. a real big problem for some apps. It is going away with 5G signal strength. You know, where in 4G had a full five bars, you'd get 100 megabits with 5G with five bars, you're going to get 20 gigabits, okay, three bars with 4G, you'd get five megabits, three bars of 5G, we're talking about 100 megabits per second. So very, very fast, definitely more complex and it used to be there are also different antennas that need to happen, penetrations going to be different into buildings and things. So things are going to change this. 5G standing for new radio and by the way is going to make a huge, huge difference. And I'm like the early days of 4G when you had LTE. Why max HS PA, it was really confusing with 5G, pretty much everybody's getting into this right.
Craig Peterson 23:09
And T Mobile CEO got really upset with Verizon, they're talking about 5G home internet service. And just any way, so we're not getting into all that detail only got a couple minutes left. When you are traveling, you are putting your data at risk. great article from Conde Nast Traveler. They're looking at a Pew Research Center report on cybersecurity that was released talking about encrypted networks, encrypted website, people using or not using all of our VPN technology we were just talking about. And I love this quote. This is from hacker, former hacker, the National Security Agency for the Department of Defense. I like to and I like to draw a parallel to it using the shower at the gym. It's probably hiding, but not always. I love that. So think about that. When you are going around. You're planning your break, you're going to go down to Florida, you're going to go to the Caribbean here over the winter. Keep all of that in mind. You're putting your data at risk. So,Ā here's the tricks that Conde Nast. Nast is recommending, consider a separate credit card that you use exclusively for travel makes it easier to keep an eye on the transaction since you're presumably only using it a few times a year. All right, let your bank and credit card companies know that you're going out of town. Make sure you use your devices built-in safeguards. Okay, use a screen lock. We see that all the time. Even businesses where the screen doesn't automatically lock you got to make sure it locks, biometric locks, pins, etc. Make sure your devices encrypted. If you have an Apple device, it's almost guaranteed to be encrypted. Make sure you turn off Find My iPhone because it isn't just for finding your iPhone. Find. My iPhone also covers your device if it's stolen. Okay, make sure it's encrypted.
Craig Peterson 25:12
don't connect to public Wi-Fi. Unless you got a good VPN that turns on automatically. If you use your Bluetooth, connect your phone to your rental car. Be very careful because that information can be stored in your car settings. At last time. I was out on a trip we rented a car and I went into the phone and I found all of these other people's phones I found where their homes where I had their call history I had their contacts they were all in there. At the very least disconnect your phone from the car, the rental cars stereo system and delete it. Okay, delete it right out of there.
Craig Peterson 25:53
And don't need to sleep expose your credit card information. Apple Pay is end encrypted no one ever get your credit card number none of the merchants do and then one last thing real quick. There is a Mark Cuban funded startup called ID detect and this thing is saying that it has an accuracy rate of 86% for detecting lives 86% accurate with a 30 minute interview so they talk to you for 30 minutes versus 60 to 75% accuracy on a polygraph that can take a couple of hours so keep an eye out for this. I expect we'll be seeing these in airports pretty soon as they already have cameras taking pictures of you examining you looking doing facial recognition. Heck Taylor Swift is even using facial recognition to look for stockers in the crowd how's that for scary so this lie detector would come in soon. So have a great week make sure you join me I'm doing these master classes and I keep reminding you because you have to do it now or you're going to mess it I'm not repeating classes we're going to be whipping through this stuff I'm going to give you everything you need to know to secure your small and medium business if you are CEO if you are on a board of directors and you need to understand what it's all about we're going to be covering that okay we're going to have a session on that has session on backups a session on the right software to use a session on the hardware stack you should be using software stack VPN it's all going to be covered so make sure you sign up to get on my regular email list I'll let you know about the master classes that start this week don't miss a single one I'm not having replays all right there's no plan to do any of thatĀ http://CraigPeterson.com/subscribe.Ā http://CraigPeterson.com/subscribe.
We'll get you going on that we are going to help you outĀ http://CraigPeterson.com/subscribe
Craig Peterson 28:01
Have a great week. Talk to you later. Bye-bye.

Apple Watch Saving Lives - Deleting Facebook From Android - Dangers Of IoT On Your Network
Craig Peterson 0:00
Hey, good morning, everybody. I am back from the road. Got to go down to my mother's 80th birthday. It was Wow. It was amazing. down in Florida, sitting on the beach, New Year's Eve, watching the fireworks and just a T shirt, shorts and sandals. It was, wow, this is the life. Anyhow, it was a fun trip. Got to see family members got to meet with a couple of our people down there in Florida, as well as I was kind of traveling around. And you know, it's nice and directors of the organization and things. So it was really, really fun. And this morning I was on WGAN as well as their affiliates in Maine. Got to talk with Ken and Matt, we talked a bit about the Apple Watch for we talked about a couple of potential issues when it comes to Android. Have you tried to delete Facebook from your Android phone lately? Well, apparently, Matt has this was kind of an interesting thing a lot of people might not be aware of. And then of course, we talked about just the general tech, what should you do when it comes to this internet of things with all of these devices that we have? They are dangerous. So how do you mitigate some of those dangers? And so instead of delving into a dozen different Christmas gifts, that might be very dangerous. Uh, we talked about what you can do from a strategy level in order to keep everything safe. So take carrier we go.
Unknown 1:35
Excuse us. And it's time for Craig Peterson. He joins us now on the line. Craig, how are you sir?
Unknown 1:40
Hey, good morning doing well.
Unknown 1:43
So Craig
Unknown 1:45
nice couple of weeks over Christmas and New Year's guys. Good.
Unknown 1:48
So if I understand correctly, now I can now the tech with I'm having a heart attack on my watch.
Unknown 1:56
Yeah, you keep talking about your watch. Can. Yeah, yeah. Big Man. Is he playing with this thing all the time?
Unknown 2:02
He was doing it like five or six times this morning already? Yes. Yeah, I've heard I've had to hear about his sleep cycle more than I care to ever hear about. Yeah,
Unknown 2:11
yes, you can can. This week is of course the Consumer Electronics Show. drumroll please. And there is a lot going out on out there. But you know, Apple is one of the companies that is only kind of there this week. And it's kind of fun to think about to you probably remember those ads you know, what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas and Apple How long have I been saying this Apple's unique selling proposition there is a reason that you well the the the same that people should care about the most when it comes to looking at Apple has been security and I've said Ted for ever. So what does Apple do apples trolling the androids, another tough it's Vegas, they rented the whole side of a hotel, like whatever, 2030 stories of it. And they put a huge banner up on the whole site. And it says what happens on your iPhone stays on your iPhone, it's absolutely gorgeous. What a troll thing to say. And do course, Apple's trying to make the point of what they're doing is Shelly new hardware and software and some services, they don't make money off of your personal information. And when you talk about this new Apple I watch for that's out there, which is absolutely phenomenal little device, they finally have done the testing they've gone through and jump through all the hoops, and that the apple I watch is now approved to look for the most common arrhythmia out there, which is a trial stipulation. Now, atrial fibrillation, also called a fib is the major cause of strokes can cause heart attacks, it can Carl cause all kinds of problems. So your little apple I watch you all you have to do is play with account like Chad is doing right now it can read your heart rhythm and tell you if you need to get your body into see your doctor right away. There's going to be more stuff coming up very soon. I'm sure on the apple I watch the ties it not not only giving you the date, you know, you've got a normal sinus rhythm, or you've got a zip ties right into your doctor can be used for more outpatient stuff. And this might be a clue as well that Apple's looking to kind of replace your doctor for all of the common things that happen in your life. where they'll have the sensors available for you right there. And they'll share that information. with your doctor medical professional when necessary. But I love the little state. There remember what Telly Savalas had to say. But what happens on your iPhone and your watch days on your iPhone unless you explicitly send it out? Swear. So it's pretty cool can and you're right, it can detect a certain abnormal heart rhythm. And that can save lives. I've already read stories from a few people saying that it did in fact, save them. So pretty cool. And it sounds like you got a really nice little gadget of your hands there. Can I do you guys
Unknown 5:33
the Apple stuff, great leaders on their tech guru joins us on Wednesdays at this time to go over the world of technology. So if I'm one of those rooms out there that has a Samsung phone I this isn't on your list of topics, Craig but I saw it this morning when I was reading around the inter webs apparently if you have made the decision to delete Facebook from your life, you can't delete it from your phone. Which by the way is interesting to me. Because I am about you could push me over with a feather right now to make that decision absolute like within a micro millimeter from just deleting the whole thing and getting out. So I guess I can't just stuck with it forever on my phone. Is that true?
Unknown 6:11
Well, some people are complaining about some of the new Samsung phones, it is impossible to delete. Delete, it is a core element of your phone. That's not going to last we've seen that before with Microsoft in the Internet Explorer. And not being able to delete it. Microsoft saying hey, it's a core element return remove it. And then the court's old isn't there a little bit and boom weird that people were finally able to remove it.
Unknown 6:35
You're gonna root your phone and get rid of it anyway. But that's altering your right and right
Unknown 6:40
you can and by the way, that's a really bad thing to do. Matt by the way, is because the first things I did when I have a device was I lose this silly thing. But that's a really bad thing to do from a security standpoint, because now you've kind of gotten around some stuff security things a lot of people don't really know what they're doing when they're down there and man it can be a bit of a problem but the European Union's really been getting into Facebook. I don't know if you saw the course New York Times had a big cover story on that, what about a few weeks ago, maybe a month ago on Facebook and what they were doing and they've been monitoring everything. And, you know, we talked before about the VPN that Facebook has this virtual private network that, yeah, private
Unknown 7:32
they were using the Facebook VPN to track everything you were doing when you saw your Safe Browsing, because you're using a VPN and the European Union in their investigation. got their hands on some messages from our friends. And yours. Zuckerberg and Mark my friends.
Unknown 7:55
Don't slander me like that. It's not
Unknown 7:58
okay, friend that went well. I can only use this my face,
Unknown 8:02
right. My my, my face. face. Face Face. Yeah, yeah, there you go. My Face Face.
Unknown 8:06
But they found Zuckerberg back when he was hurting. Facebook together. This is a quote. And I'm not going to quote him directly. Because it was cool sanity in it. But he says, I can't believe how stupid people are giving me their information because of what he does with it out there. And he's obviously intended to do it all along. So yeah, math is it is a problem. Some of these phones will not let you remove Facebook. Unless, of course, as you just said, You rooted and you go right in and remove the application from from the core system. But that'll change have enough people complain and I would advise you to complain if if you can't remove now if I have to.
Unknown 8:49
If I have to. I have this. We are talking to. Craig. rude. Don't. Okay. Peterson joins us every Wednesday at 730. A little bit of sun to come anytime to get first hand information. I know the holiday season is over. I told you I got an Echo Dot. I still my wife is still convinced that is listening to everything we're saying. Are there? Are there a holiday gifts we should be aware of?
Unknown 9:17
Well, that Echo Dot, did you get the the version three? I think it is a nice new look at
Unknown 9:22
the latest one. Yes. The latest one?
Unknown 9:24
Yeah. Yeah. And it's got really nice sound on it. And everything. It's just it's phenomenal little device. That one you really you don't have to worry about. Okay, bottom line, you're you've got some security there. And it's not going to end up being a big problem for you. But yeah, when you get right down to it, there are a number of gifts out there you need to watch out for. And you know what, let me just boil it down this way. Rather than name this one, or that one. Here's your bottom line. holiday gifts. Some of them are safe, some of them really are not safe. And you know, hard to tell with your friends for the normal person. But here's what you should be doing in particularly if you're a business person. But I do this in my home as well. And maybe I'm paranoid I don't know. But when you're talking about these internet of saying devices and Internet of Things devices mean like the light bulbs and your roof but needs your echo.it means you're Sonos system it means you're so any device or your Nintendo switch my Kindles etc, etc. put up a second wireless network for those devices. A network that has none of your personal information on it. In other words, your computers or laptops, your devices you might use to go to the bank, etc. Make sure they're on a completely separate network. And that there's no way for those Internet of Things devices to get into your main network much. Usually the first thing we do when we go into a business or split their network top builders to help keep the information segregated. But you can now do that in your homes as well. So check your wireless device, see if you can set up a second wireless network. But that's not connected to the first wireless network and start moving your TV and your gaming systems and all of these other Internet of Things devices over to it. Because frankly, that's the only way to keep your data safe this year, going to be a huge year for hackers. There are more tools out there there are more problems and people aren't protecting themselves properly. And neither are businesses. So can that's the trick, read the manual or get some help go out to these companies that are out there that are there to help you know Matt just mentioned Tubby Gtech, there are many of them out there. Make sure you or businesses save your data safe in your home because you don't want to lose this stuff. And you don't want to have your bank accounts empty and all from a president. Right? Wouldn't that be a terrible thing to have happen? And
Unknown 12:14
it would indeed well, Craig Peterson our tech guru joins us at this time every single Wednesday. And today is no exception. Thanks a lot. Great. Appreciate it. We'll talk to you again next week.
Unknown 12:23
Hey, take care guys. Bye Bye.
Unknown 12:26
Thanks, Craig. So let's go take a break. Now.
Unknown 12:29
Hey, by the way, we've got something really big plan for this year. In fact, quite a few things are going to be doing a lot more master classes and got a master course coming up and just you name it because people have been asking a lot of questions and I've decided here based on the questions that I think most of you understand that you can't deal with all of this security stuff is just getting too complicated. There's too much to do. You don't have the budget for there's just no way you can do it. So that's what I'm going to be doing. Probably the end of January is a do it yourself security course for businesses and we're going to run through all of the stuff you need to know all of the basics and I think it'll be good. So with your permission or going to be doing that make sure you're on my email list. So you find out about it as well as the free classes and other things we're doing throughout the year. And you'll find all of that by subscribing. http://CraigPeterson.com/subscribe, take care, we will be back i don't know i'm probably gonna be doing some Facebook lives where the YouTube lives, lives, etc. But that's not all scheduled yet. But we'll definitely be back Saturday with another radio show. Take care everybody. Bye bye.

Latest Facebook Investigations - Apple Watch Saves Lives
Craig Peterson:Ā 0:00
Unknown 0:01
Here he is. It's been too long. You know that holiday messed us all up or both holidays. But here he is. He survived. Boxing Day our good friend Tech Talk guru Craig Peterson. Good morning, Craig.
Unknown 0:18
Hey. Good morning. Yeah, I had a fun time. It was my mother's 80th birthday. Great. Naples, Florida.
Unknown 0:27
Made a fancy video. Yeah, it's really weird. Canadian was
Unknown 0:31
down in Naples, Florida for Christmas.
Unknown 0:34
Well, she's a Snowbird You know, he lives in Montreal. She loves Canada. She loves the health care up there. Yeah. But she spent five months 30 days or 23 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds in the United States. And she has us health insurance. Wow. I just don't understand how someone can hold two completely conflicting ideas in their mind at the same time, adjusting other words, she loves the US and she'd rather be here in Canada. But she just thought
Unknown 1:09
well, I'll take Naples. My cousins are down there right now. I'll take it.
Unknown 1:14
I'll take. Yeah. Well, we drove because I met with I have a what my operations manager is actually in Florida.
Unknown 1:23
And and then we went and saw my one of my daughters and granddaughters over in Kentucky. So we left it was 89 degrees. We stayed in a hotel The next morning, they may be 1969 the next morning. It was 14.
Unknown 1:41
Yeah. Flow. Right. Good news to it.
Unknown 1:44
Yeah, that's, that's a good way to ease into it. Like a like a hot bath. All right. Let's, let's talk about Facebook. Kathy. And I watched an interesting piece about Facebook, on PBS during the holiday break. And about Mr. Zuckerberg. And you know, I want to connect the world. But yeah, you want to connect the world. But you had something else in mind. Now we're finding out that Facebook was going into your Android, your mobile and when you weren't on Facebook, you might as well have been because they were going through all your data. Is that am I correct? Or am I going out too far in this one?
Unknown 2:32
No. That's what they found Jim and and the UK is that a pretty darn good job of looking into this investigator Facebook even went so far as to provide a quote ESPN unquote, service. Now, I think you and I have a basic idea of what a VPN is for those listeners. So know what it is, it's a virtual private network. And if done correctly, you can keep your because my status save like cetera, from prying eyes for the most part. Because what happens is that all the data when it computer, it's encrypted, and it's as though you're connected to the network on the remote sites is use it. So when you're at home or on the road, you can still get into all your business stuff. But it's highly encrypted, and no one can see what you're doing. So what Facebook was doing, they bought a company that does VPN and the allocations are that they were actually monitoring everything you did on the VPN that Facebook gave you for free. So they say, We're going out of their way to find out what you're doing, where you're going, what you're saying, who your friends are, what your messages are. And on Android platform, you just don't have the types of security that Apple has. In fact, there's a funny little thing happening in Vegas right now with CES and apple. But you know, Facebook, it's crazy what they've been getting away with, and that they have been cutting back on some of the information that providing to advertisers and marketers. But it's they're losing customers every day. Wow.
Unknown 4:18
And that's not helpful. Because Wall Street has said, Hey, Facebook, we're not so enamored with you. Now if I if I remember correctly from yesterday's market close, Amazon was the company with the highest value on the exchange passed over Apple right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. And and Facebook was they're not anymore.
Unknown 4:52
Well, part of what came out here with what you were just talking about, about Facebook here in the investigation in the UK but it was came out was an instant messaging exchange between Zuckerberg and another person and this was back when he first started Facebook and he called Facebook user Tom room Yeah, we're trusting him with their data yeah if this isn't new and if we had character really investigate would have found out that there is a blockbuster New York Times investigation about this company employee in shady PR tactics they talk about Cambridge Analytica and how Trump got information on millions of Facebook users. But no one mentions that Facebook, Zuckerberg people gave the Obama in the Obama campaign absolutely everything about everybody, right? And if they just don't mention that this guy's not to be trusted. And then of course, you've got the standard media. Thank goodness for the gym
Unknown 6:02
to close the truth. But the standard media not mentioning hardly anything. I was shocked at the gray lady investigation on Facebook.
Unknown 6:10
Yeah, yeah. Well, one, they're either afraid they're afraid or, you know, there's that agreement in politics, even though Facebook is a big business. And a lot of the Silicon Valley businesses are big, you would think, well, they're they're obviously conservative. Know, they lean left, let's look at Amazon. And let's look at Jeff Bezos and he in the Washington Post.
Unknown 6:40
Yeah,
Unknown 6:43
Alexandria, or whatever
Unknown 6:45
we call her Alexandria, occasional cortex.
Unknown 6:53
She's saying about businesses and how that the republicans are supporting big business. No, in this day and age, all of those companies that you mentioned, are extreme left leaning companies, you know, and, and it's a shame because, you know, I promote Apple because of charity. An Apple has an app put that up on a website today. But Apple doesn't go to the Consumer Electronics Show, but this year, they rent it the whole side of a hotel. I mean, like all 20 plus stories of it, and they put out by banner, and they're promoting something I've said apples or promote for decades, which is that Apple does not sell your data, they should not make money from your data. Apple makes money by selling you hardware and software and they keep your data safe. It's the insecurity or the number one thing but all of these big corporations giving you money to political campaigns nowadays, guess what, it's the democrats that are the party of big business, right. And
Unknown 8:08
casual cortex obviously isn't firing again.
Unknown 8:11
No. And
Unknown 8:13
our our guys who do a show the financial exchange from 10 to noon on ta G and H y. And they were talking about this the other day that they were talking from a financial perspective, apple, this was a big deal for them. And it is something that they can go to the marketplace and sell, hey, we don't sell your data. We don't do any of that. You sure yeah, pay through the nose for one of our phones or our other devices. But we that's a good niche to have right now in the marketplace.
Unknown 8:52
And it works. It's a play on Vegas's thing with a member Telly Savalas, it says what happened on your iPhone, they

I like that we're talking about Greg Peterson, our tech talk guru, and we're going to give you a number at the end of this segment so that you can get the information that he's providing here and a lot of other stuff and he won't hound you, he won't pester you. It's all good stuff. He even gives you warnings when there's a big data breach and standard data and tax rates apply. Now speaking of Apple, Apple is going to tell me if I have a hard problem, right?
Unknown 9:34
Yeah, this is really interesting. This is a new feature that's part of the Apple Watch. And it's designed for people who are a little bit older. Basically, the Apple Watch Series for now does have built into the ability to monitor cardiac rhythms. Now there's only so much to do with the signals that have watched can pick up it is absolutely phenomenal for people who are a little bit older that have atrial fibrillation, which, by the way, is being number one heart arrhythmia that's out there. Now, it's not designed to really watch for heart attacks or other things, but it will detect them. In fact, there's already some reports of people out there that had their Apple Watch, warn them of a dangerous resume out that their hearts were have got themselves immediately to the hospital. And these reports are saying that it saved their lives. They've done clinical trials on this already. This is approved. Apple didn't want to mention it until they had them a proper testing and certifications. But it can distinguish between the mo heartbeat, which would be called typically to sinus rhythm and atrial fibrillation.
Unknown 10:54
Yes, all it's officially doing, but it can do a lot more. And, you know, thank goodness for this sort of technology. And it's going to come a long way very, very quickly. It can send your ECG to your doctor, this is going to save some lives. Yeah, I mean that a fib is one of the leading causes of stroke, stroke, you know, if not detected in time or prevented, I mean, can be debilitating and it's just incredible that they can do that and get that kind of information that's important. I think that's incredibly worthwhile for people because if you don't get a regular EKG or you know you don't get regular testing something like that slips through the cracks and then you have a devastating stroke and then it's too late and then you're dealing with okay how much of this person's mobility and and other issues can we bring bring back and unfortunately, sometimes you cannot have a complete recovery. Craig that great stuff and I know you sent me so much more, but we don't have time to get through all of it. So folks, I want you to text My name Jim to this number
