Craig Valley Baptist Church Sunday Morning Message

This series examines the structure of a healthy church. Today's episode emphasies that healthy churches are made up of healthy Christians.

Learning to depend on God can be quite difficult, especially for those of us who have been taught to depend on ourselves. But God calls for us to do so.

Prov 3:5-6 NKJV

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; 6 In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

Two thousand years ago, Jesus looked at a crowd of people facing their own financial stress, health concerns, and anxiety about the future, and He said something that must have sounded almost impossible: "Don't worry."

God guards every aspect of our life, and he knows exactly when you can handle ---- what he's going to put on you,

because remember, his goal is never to defeat you, but to develop you into Christ's likeness, and so he's governing every single aspect of our life.

In this episode of the series, Depend on God, we examine how Noah knew that things were changing in the world around him, and trusted and depended on God for His help in preparing for what was coming - the destruction of the world as he knew it and the salvation of his family in the midst of the storms.

In Part 3 of the series Depend on God, we examine the need to learn how to depend on God now while things are in the period before His return, and before the Great Tribulation occues.

This message is the 4th in a series on Depending on God. In these latter days, we need to learn now to depend on God for everything, because as things become more difficult and we see an increase in intensity of the trials and tribulations, we will need even more to depend on God!
